The Bower @ Nanny Goat Hill is a cosy tiny home situated in the stunning Kangaroo Valley, NSW (Dharawal Country). The tiny home is located on a 2.5-acre property, surrounded by lush farmland and stunning, sweeping escarpment views. Wake up to the sounds of birdsong, and gentle moos from the neighbouring cows. The tiny home offers a 'glamping’ experience, with all the comforts of a tiny abode. We also have goats and chickens on the property, which guests may interact with! The tiny home offers a comfortable stay, with a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, eco-compost toilet, reversible air-conditioning/heating, TV and Wi-Fi. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, and the 2 upstairs loft spaces feature 2 single beds in one, and 1 king single in the other (please keep in mind that climbing a ladder is required to access the lofts). The bed configuration is best suited to a couple, or a couple with 1-2 children. Guests may wander freely, and are welcome to visit the goats and chooks, but must remain outside the fenced areas. We are very happy for guests to join us in the animal feeding, in either the morning or evening. Available parking space is located a short distance (50m, flat) from the tiny house. A wagon will be provided to cart your belongings to the front door. During public holiday long weekends there will be a minimum of a 3 night booking. Please bring your own firewood. Bags may be purchased at the petrol station in the village. Please also note that the use of additional beds incurs an additional guest charge. This is due to laundry and cleaning fees.
