This was a nice stay, open field area with room to move then van. Clean amenities. We didn’t get to see the creek as we got in late but next time would be great to see!

Loved the setting and the area. Only negative was the amenities, lots of mouse droppings. Usually basic amenities do not worry me but, the droppings were overwhelming and unhealthy. Also, I could not see any female showers. I’m assuming that at this time of year not many use the racetrack as we were the only ones there. Clean amenities and you have a top site.

I’m personally a long term camper at Tabulam Racecourse because I much prefer camping closer to nature , with no frequencies harming my body hence no overhead transmission lines ect ,with large lawn area & with a lot of space around , including an available walk down to the Clarence River rather than living in I congested caravan park side-by-side with who knows who,

Personally I like it here BUT THE SHOWERS DONT WORK PROPERLY. Adjusting the hot and cold water is very difficult, moving the cold water tap the smallest amounts changes the water form too hot to stand under to very cold water time and time again.

Such a Beautiful stay at Tabulam racecourse, it was ashamed I had an old caravan otherwise I would have parked down by the river. Beautiful green grass and river sand beach with the Clarence River at its best. The amenities are a little out dated but not complaining for a flushing toilet and hot shower. There are cabins there as well. Would come here again for sure.

I so love this place.iv stayed several times and love it for the Solitude the swimming fishing,And in general the location for other trips around this great area.The Amenities are in need of a paint etc.But are Very Clean.Theres a great area to entertain.And a very safe place for Kids.the caretaker Amanda is also very Accommodating And will help you with your needs.thumbs up from me.!!!!!

Beautiful outlook, river views and access to river. fresh new cabins very clean, comfortable. Parking next cabins Hosts and staff lovely and very accommodating nothing was a problem, felt safe due to the fact the grounds were private and had locked gates, pet friendly with fenced off area if needed, large grassed areas well maintained lawns lots of space for animals or children to run around and explore, very peaceful and quiet

Good access instructions. Loved our spot down by the river. The cows were friendly and came to say hello and the river was refreshing.

The grounds are very unkempt. The amenities are extremely old, dirty and very much in need of pulling down. We were the only ones there which was fine but I would never recommend it to anyone. Needs a lot of attention . Certainly not worth paying to stay there. Could be great with a lot of work. Nice area.

We really liked our 1 night stay. No other campers there. Beautiful green lush grass, would be needing a mow soon tho. Amenities were a bit old & grubby but everything worked..

One Bedroom Cabin - Cabin 2
We had an absolute great time in the 1 bed room cabin no2!!! Highly recomended. Great bed , very clean beautiful atmosphere and surroundings... All amenities were clean and functioning....Wheel chair access for those who need it....Not too far from local shop & hotel that are also great with friendly staff....

Wonderful accommodation, neat clean & modern. After being on the road the hot shower was prefect. The scenery down to the river breathtaking. Amanda was quick & cheery to respond in every instance. Check-in ✔️✔️✔️

Simple clean amenities. Lovely staff. Only issue was having no place for rubbish and there was no where in town to dump it either. Beautiful surroundings and great river access.
