Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
The 5th generation family property "Derriwee" has the most amazing sunrises and sunsets with 360 degree views! Just a short drive out of town and a working horse breeding farm you can feel part of nature, see amazing views and the stars on crystal clear nights. You will feel away from things, enjoy campfires, incredible close encounters with birds and wildlife. We can arrange a breakfast hamper or BBQ hamper for your arrival. The property is close to other open spaces so if you are travelling through or want a base to explore the local regions is up to you. We are only 15k to the experience of AgQuip so bring your van or camp trailer.The sites are in an open flat grassy paddock with exceptional 360 views of the landscape. Known for incredible sunrises and sunsets and wide open spaces to view the stars around a campfire at night. Lovely quiet space with local bird sand wildlife in abundance. You will have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the setting.

This is a beautiful family property on the Liverpool plain near Gunnedah. There was lots of room to camp on beautiful grass. Fire pits and firewood. The camp host was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this camp. The Sunset was next level. Only 15 minutes to Agquip field day site.

Quiet and Great Outlook

We loved this spot, Warren the host was very accommodating and put us up in a dry location as the district has had some rain lately. We would highly recommend this camp for a real country experience with a beautiful vista and a sunset that won’t disappoint.
