An intimate space of grand proportions. Rockhaven is a 60acre farm hosting angus cattle with beautiful valley views and peaceful surrounds. Wake with sunrise and the sounds of local birds, or settle in for an uninterrupted sunset view across the valley. A place to escape in the hinterlands of Byron, while being close enough to drive less than 10min to the famous Eltham pub, or 15min to Bangalow or Alstonville. Visit the creek with fishing pontoon, have a beer amongst the cattle, or simply roam the grounds. Fresh produce seasonally available from the market garden for purchase. We have three social and inquisitive dogs who will likely pay you a visit during your stay. You might also like to visit the goats and chickens while you're here, or come along for daily egg collection.

This site is popular for its big shady tree and flat pad. Drive through the red iron gates to park up at this quiet site, around the corner from the main dwelling and out of sight. Enjoy views of both ends of the property from this middle camp site. Has a fire pit and a big tree for shade.

The Spring Campsite (site 4)

The ultimate Summer spot, and perfect for the early riser sunrise watchers. This site is nestled down the bottom of the property well away from the other camp sites. The best part by far is the Spring - perfect for a paddle for both you and the dogs in the warmer months.

Sunset Campsite (site 1)
Everything about this experience was 120 out of 100. From the scenic tree lined drive going into the property to the well maintained, large and private camp site to the wonderful respectful owners Sean and Ali I could not recommend this hip camp enough. The location is so close to exciting places to visit or you can just spend the day on the site relaxing and hanging out with the cows and chickens. The sunrise/sunset topped off a beautiful experience. We are already looking at booking our next visit here later this year.

Property and views are amazing sean had great communication and instructions, the two farm dogs were amazing and so kind would highly recommend and will be back for sure!!

Rockhaven Booyong is a great spot, quiet , well kept and central to some great spots in the Northern Rivers of NSW. We had two nights and could easily have stayed longer. Super relaxing with great hosts.

We camped in the paddock near the Camphor tree. It is very private and the sunset was amazing. After having trouble with my car the next day Sean assisted me with it, so i am very thankful for that. Sean is a great host, his place is very quiet and private. I would recommend this place if you like your privacy .

Our stay at Rockhaven Booyong was unreal! Sean and Ali were incredibly welcoming, Ali gave us a great rundown of the property on arrival which made us feel right at home. The campsites were well spaced and peaceful, and wandering the property with the cows (and a visit from their adorable dogs!) made it feel extra special. The campfire setup with free firewood was the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

Great hosts and Location with a great sunset view from the caravan perfect that you are the only camp on the property once you book. Two calves were born while we were there over the weekend.
