Red Hill Organics Farmstay is an organic beef cattle property. The property is surrounded by the World Heritage-listed Werrikimbe National Park. It is situated in the mountains between Walcha and Port Macquarie. The property is the ideal place to base yourself to explore incredible walking tracks, mountain bike trails, bird watching, visit the gorges and famous Apsley or Tia Falls or the spectacular descent to Youdales Hut. Campers must be self-sufficient for their stay. The Shearing Shed has been fully renovated and features 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and the second room with 3 single beds. All amenities are available, including linen, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. The shed is comfortable for families with WIFI and satellite TV available. The farm practices holistic management, including cell grazing, Rudolph Steiner principles, and low-stress stock handling. Bill and Louise love showing people around the property and sharing insights into how they manage the land. Birdlife and wildlife are abundant for people to enjoy, or just sit and enjoy the peace and quiet, and spectacular stars at night.The Shearing Shed is part of Redhill Organics Farmstay. Remote in style and comfort.
The Shearing Shed Yarrowitch
Stunning location and close to world class wilderness and natural beauty. The Shearing Shed has everything you could ever need, very cosy. Louise was very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. She is very knowledgable about local history, and natural history also, and the shed is replete with printed information and maps.

The Shearing Shed Yarrowitch
We absolutely loved our short two night stay at Louise’s property. The shearing shed was a perfect escape for our family of two grown ups, two kiddos and two dogs! Louise was a great host with fab communication. She gave us some great ideas of things to do during our stay, both on and off the farm. The accommodation itself was exactly as shown in the photos; it had super comfy beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a great hot shower. It even had wifi! We all felt so relaxed staying here and would love to return again.

Had a wonderful 3 nights near the shed. Totally private with a toilet and hot shower! Just us and the cows. Louise was lovely- took us around the farm, even showing us a new born calf. Highly recommend

We had an excellent time. Louise was an excellent host and was more than happy to spend some time to show us around her property and tell us more about the surrounding area.

Thank you for making us feel so welcome we had a fabulous time on your incredible property. Louise and Bill are amazing hosts and we loved the too brief time we stayed. We will be back as we could have stayed so much longer. Thank you to you both for your hospitality!

Louise was awesome. The property was beautiful and we loved the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the National Parks or even just have a private get away in a stunning location.

A quiet spot to unwind

Red Hill Organics Camping
We spent 3 great days at Red Hill and wish it had been longer. The site was very quiet and everything was exactly as advertised. Louise and Bill were wonderful hosts and our 5 year old even got to help muster some cows which was a highlight for her.

Private serenity
Red Hill Organics Camping
We wanted privacy & we certainly got that! Our site was flat & clear & we had the opportunity to participate in farm life feeding the cows & watching the farm dog round up the cattle. Louise & Bill were fantastic hosts & couldn’t have been any more helpful. We had 4 nights here but could’ve easily spent 14!
