YAY!!! We are very excited to be named as a finalist in the Australian Hipcamp Farmstay Award category for 2024. This award was based on camper reviews, high quality of experiences provided and 95% property wide recommendation rate for 2023. Our Facebook page is “Pringy’s Farm Balnagask” for the latest news, activities and new ventures. Pringy’s Farm “Balnagask” is located 20 kilometres east of Moree, on the banks of the Mehi river. Escape off the grid and enjoy the peace and quiet the country has to offer. Our farm features beautifully manicured grass camping sites (as well as more natural sites) an abundance of wildlife, native birds and lots of fun farm animals. You can relax around your campfire in the evening, enjoy a special sunset, spectacular star gazing or some interesting nocturnal wildlife. The farm is almost 200 acres which features sustainable pastures and plenty of animals to see and feed such as miniature goats, a donkey, Texas Longhorn cattle, chooks, rabbits, sheep and many more depending on the season and what is happening on the farm. We are happy to introduce you to the animals and share some information about them. We have three crazy Tenterfield Terriers; Maggie, Bart and Beagle who will occasionally visit you for a cuddle or a sit by the fire. Your socialised pets are welcome but must be on a leash at all times and campers must clean up after their pets. What we offer..... We offer animal spotting night tours (see Extras or ask your host) OR adopt and care for the farms guinea pig and rabbits for the duration of your stay. That’s if your parents agree!!! Don’t miss the opportunity to try and purchase some unique handmade “Eurah” soap (indigenous ingredient) made on site by Belinda. Farm produce is available when in season and abundance, this may include: - organic free-range eggs, fruit, vegetables and herbs. A septic toilet and creative outdoor shower are within walking distance to all campsites for a small fee (see Extras or ask your host) otherwise your camp must be self-contained. Potable water is available. Firewood is available (see Extras or ask your host) or purchase on arrival. Future Projects..... We are currently working on several projects which include: - The Carapark Cubby and playground, The Dam Sunset Platform, Rustic Bath Soaker Deck, Graze boxes, Farm Tours, Express Driveway sites, Riverbank pergola just to name a few. Things to see and do..... There is plenty to see and do in the area including: - Tareelario Weir - access to water skiing, swimming, kayaking, canoeing, a boat ramp and some excellent fishing, Pally Pub – the well renowned pub with great meals and friendly locals. And don’t forget the Pally Bush Markets – 4000 visitors held in March, July and October. Visit the Moree Tourist Centre for information on - Waa Gorge National Park, local tours (Pecan, Cotton Gin and the Moree Town), Moree Aquatic Centre for the famous hot artesian springs, Moree Markets – first Sunday of the month. Our working farm is located in the town of Pallamallawa close to Moree. The camping area is a beautifully manicured grass area on the banks of the Mehi River which is part of the Murray Darling catchment. There is an abundance of wildlife and native birds on the river and around the property. You can relax around your campfire in the evening and enjoy some great star gazing. We offer animal spotting night tours and firewood bundles at a small additional costs- please see our extras at the time of booking. The farm also has plenty of novelty animals to see such as alpacas, donkeys, sheeps, chooks, rabbits and much more. We are happy to introduce you to the animals, please just let your host know if you are interested. 1km down the road is access to the Gwydir River which has a boat ramp, access to water skiing, swimming, kayaking, canoeing and some excellent fishing. We are also 25km from the Moree artesian hot baths.  Pets are welcome but must be on a leash at all times and campers must clean up after their pets. Campers must bring their own toilet with them.

Enjoy a night in our early 70's Retro Viscount Caravan. Newly renovated inside containing your basic needs, linen, tableware, utensils and access to a toilet and hot shower. "Funky" is located beside the Mehi river. Relax and unwind with a beer, wine or cuppa and enjoy the abundant native birdlife. Sit around an open fire at night (wood supplied) and be amazed by our BIG SKY, gazing at the stars. Private river access where you can enjoy the serenity or drop a line and maybe catch a yellow belly for dinner. Wonder around our beautiful farm and introduce yourself to our unique animals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be arranged at an additional cost. Worried the kids are missing out??? Bring along a tent or swags as "Funky" only sleeps two people together. Additional fees apply for the kids or variation to the basic booking. The perfect set up for novice campers however we do require at least 24 hours' notice prior to the booking.

What a awsome place to camp. Pringy and Belinda are really friendly and helpfull. We had a great experience staying next to the river. Everything is well kept and the dogs love a cuddle. Definitely will be back one day.

Funky Little Caravan
Pringy and Belinda have done a fantastic job in setting up this HipCamp. The 'funky little caravan' was clean and quirky and the camping spots are in a great grassy location by the river. There's a lot to love about this place, but we especially enjoyed the bird life, the everlasting daisies, and their cat Ralph! Pringy and Belinda were so friendly and went out of their way to help us. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We look forward to coming back!

We had an awesome time at Pringy’s farm. Col and Belinda were such fantastic hosts, and really great with our kids. They took the time to make us feel welcome, and ensure we settled in. The only thing we could have hoped for was more time! When we apologised for us being noisy (we were the only ones there), Belinda said not to worry, and that she loved the sound of kids having fun…such a refreshing response! The variety of animals, the creek outlook and the daisy field made it all the more enjoyable. When my wife commented that her soul felt full after 1 night, I knew we must have been onto a winner!

Staying here was an absolute joy! Belinda and Colin (Pricky) are such warm and welcoming hosts – from the moment you arrive, they make you feel like part of the family. Their kindness and good conversations make the stay unforgettable! 👩‍🌾🙂‍↔️ The farm itself is beautiful and full of life: friendly dogs, chickens, birds, cows, and goats you can pet. 🐕 There’s a gorgeous flower garden perfect for photos, and in the evenings you can relax by the campfire under a sky full of stars. 🌸🌌 The drinking water is crystal clear, the showers and toilets are spotless, and every detail of the property is cared for with so much love! 😇 For me it’s clear: whenever I’m around Moree, I know exactly where I’ll be staying. Thank you so much for the amazing experience – it was great to meet you! 🌸🔥🐓🐐

Very beautiful and peaceful farm. We really enjoyed our stay in the mini caravan. Col and Belinda are wonderful hosts, very helpful and friendly. The place is quiet, with stunning sunrise and sunset views. The animal tour was fantastic and highly recommended! We absolutely fell in love with their cat Ralph!

The Cattle Yard Camp
Col & Belinda are fantastic hosts. The space they have created and opened up to share is just lovely. We originally booked the Cattle Yards but on arrival decided we preferred a different campsite -and that was no problem. The animals, field of flowers, tranquility and hospitality all exceeded expectation. We caught 2 fish, saw some possums in the trees at night and fell in love with the resident 3 legged Jack Russell. Highly recommend Priggys farm.

We came across Pringy’s Farm Balnagask on wiki camps and so glad we did! Booked through Hipcamp along with some freshly laid eggs upon arrival and Belinda was amazing!! Got our van situated just in time for the sunset and friendly visits from the mama cows and their babies. Our 2 dogs were absolutely fascinated by the cows. Picturesque, comfy with no other vans around us. We would definitely pop back again when travelling through Moree :)

The Cattle Yard Camp
Col (the host) met us at the front gate, showed us around, explained where the best level sites could be for us, and where the friendly cattle, goats, chickens etc could be found. Our first experience with hipcamp was at Pringys Farm and we chose very well. The hosts, Col and Belinda are very friendly and obliging, and the wildlife is abundant. Very photogenic cows ! Arrived as strangers and left as friends.

This place is absolutely beautiful, so peaceful and quiet. We absolutely loved giving the animals pats, and enjoyed a fire by the river. Not to mention the owners are the absolute best and lovely. We will definitely be back soon ❤️

We did a long weekend at Pringys farm for a mate of mines birthday and honestly probably my favourite camping trip so far! In such a great spot, nice flat ground to camp, next to a river you can fish, have camp fires, on a beautiful farm with loads of animals around! The hosts were so incredibly welcoming and up for a laugh, and great there’s an option for toilet and shower too! So much to do around, and just in a perfect spot away from the road! So if you’re looking to get away I would highly recommended Pringys farm! Will 100% be coming back

Have been here a few times already and will come back again, good place to put your feet up by the fire with a fishing line in the river. Nice and close to gum flats for some fishing or only 20km to moree for the hot springs. Thoroughly recommended

From the moment you arrive Col is do welcoming and helpful. Then you come around the corner and to say the spot is absolutely stunning is an understatement. Our children loved wandering around the farm and spending time with the animals (especially the dogs). I highly recommend doing the available tours with Col. To get up close with the cows and donkey was super special. We have all left feeling so relaxed. We will definitely be back. THANK you both for a truly wonderful stay.

Col and Belinda and fantastic hosts; country hospitals at its finest. We had three nights at Pringy’s Farm, and although we booked last minute, it was not trouble for them to welcome us to their beautiful property. Nothing is too much for them, and there is everything you could need to enjoy a quiet stay down on the lush lawns, under the big trees and by the creek that flows through the property. We were also lucky enough to be taken out by Col in the ATV more than once to be able to see some brand new calves having being born overnight. Our two kids (3 and 5) also loved spending time patting the animals, and playing in the cubby house. Very grateful to have come across this special place, and appreciate the genuine hospitality showed by Col & Belinda. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Pringy & Belinda’s. They were so welcoming and went out of their way to share their local knowledge of Moree. The farms was beautiful and the site was grassy & flat beside the river. Such a lovely couple so proud of their community and willing to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend staying at Balnagask with them.

We have had an amazing few days at Col and Belinda's beautiful property. They were very nice and helpful and made sure we were comfortable. Cols passion for Moree shines thru his stories and excitement about his place. The grounds are magnificent filled.with beautiful large trees that are full of a variety of bird life. Along with the do key and goats and cat we totally enjoyed a relaxing and beautiful stay. Definitely on our list to return. Thanks guys!

Pringy and Belinda are absolute legends. Even though we only stayed one night, they made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their place is peaceful, spacious, and filled with friendly animals that make it even more special. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the fresh country air. Thanks again guys 🤩🤩

Pringy and Belinda are the perfect host to their magical camp spot. Made us feel very welcome and nothing was a hassle. Wish we could have stayed longer. Kids enjoyed the farm animals night spotting and garden tour. Beautiful grassed sites right in the river. We will definitely be back.

Highly recommend this incredible Hipcamp. Pringy was sadly away during our stay, but his brother Mel was an absolute legend. Facilities were spot on. A warm shower, easily accessed toilet and plenty of space to roam. The kids loved the animals, especially the goat called Sheep. There were incredible sunsets and loads of options for day tripping. There is a reason this Hipcamp has such a high rating - it's awesome!!!

We had the most wonderful time at the farm. Col and Belinda were incredibly warm and welcoming. They made us feel right at home. The property is peaceful and beautifully maintained with plenty of space to relax and enjoy nature. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to unwind and experience, genuine country hospitality.
