I had the most magical time away at the Oakenville Farm Bell Tent. What a blissful adventure. From the beautiful Birdlife to the quirky chickens every part of my stay here felt like a home away from home. The lovely Rachel could not have been a more hospitable host, she was always around if you needed a hand or just a good old chat (which I definitely loved to do😂). The best way to spend the long weekend and get away to totally switch off.
The tent was beautiful, comfortable and spacious, filled with plenty of blankets and a small heater to stay warm during the cold nights. I highly recommend this beautiful location to anyone who wishes to get away without having to organise anything except food and transport.
Thank you so much to the beautiful people I met along the way on this peaceful adventure. It's definitely one I will cherish ❤️✨

Lovely little farm. 2 friendly dogs and Rachel is very friendly as well. If your not a fan of roosters its not ideal but if you're like me and love the chooks, ducks and dogs it's a great spot to stay. Not to far from town so it's a nice 1 kilometre walk into town.

We had a lovely stay – the privacy and peaceful surroundings made it so relaxing. The facilities were great, and the hosts were great. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

Rachel was very friendly and helpful.Loved our little getaway.Bed was comfortable and plenty of blankets to keep us warm .Bath and shower were charming with plenty of hot water.Kitchen basic but that was fine for us to cook breakfast.Only a 1km walk to pub for dinner and out and about for lunch.Did not use camp fire but there was plenty of wood available.Maybe take your camp esky to store your food and drinks..Dont forget to try the donuts up the Main Street.

This was a fantastic experience. The property was beautifully kept, with restrooms and fully equiped kitchen. Rachel is amazing host and very friendly. We would definitely return to this campground

I spent a romantic Easter long weekend at Oakenville Farm with my partner and what a beautiful experience it was. It is such a picturesque Farm with beautiful views and nature abounds. Rachel and Gibbo are always busy working but make it seem so effortless. Although they were around we felt like we had our privacy to enjoy relaxing and enjoying the fresh country air. They are beautiful people, checking in to see if we needed anything. They even bought us a wheelbarrow load of firewood so we could have our own fire.
The bathroom and camp kitchen are a work of art.. absolutely beautifully done. The kitchen is basic but provided everything we needed to make our meals.
We had a lovely time meandering around the garden. Oakenville had such a peaceful but also inspiring vibe to it.
If you crave a peaceful relaxing getaway this is the place to be. There were other campers there but we were spaced out enough to all have a sense of privacy.

Amazing stay for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The Bell tent was great !!!! We loved the space, the property is quiet and well spread out. There were some Tent campers at one end of the property; which didn't bother us at all; as they where quite a good distance away. Can thank the host enough; he was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely book again.

We had a great time with Rachel and Gibbo. A lovely property to pitch your tent or park your van with hot showers and flushing toilets. The stars in the night sky by the campfire were amazing!

What an amazing experience! Full of rustic charm the site has all amenities- cooking area, flushing loo, bath, shower and the most comfortable double bed in a spacious yet very cosy tent with deck area for dining and enjoying the glorious views in the day and star gaze by night.
The site is in walking distance to Nundle with its quaint shops, cafes and pub, a short drive to Hanging Rock and its various forest walks and Sheba Dams for a refreshing dip. A great place to enjoy nature and perfect for birdwatching and wild life spotting!
Rachel & Gibbo were perfect hosts, giving me plenty of privacy and I was honoured to have the company of Laddy and Fonz, 2 chilled out friendly dogs, for a daytime play and an evening snuggle!
I would highly recommend the Bell Tent for an escape from the hassles of the modern world!

We had a wonderful stay in the spacious and comfortable bell tent. The campfire and stargazing at night made it extra special. We loved the company of the two friendly dogs, and the facilities were excellent – clean toilets and a refreshing rainwater shower. A truly memorable and relaxing experience!

This was a fabulous place to stay! Dog friendly, peaceful very close to the town where there was a beautiful pub and a coffee cart. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Gorgeous hills all around with sheep and chickens. Kitchen and bathroom facilities onsite. We had a great time would highly recommend.

Has power, a heap of blankets provided. The bed was comfortable!

There must be something in the water at Nundle! Everywhere we went the people were so welcoming. Oakenville Farm was no exception. Gibbo and Rach made us feel completely at home. The Bell Tent was just the ticket for a couple of days RnR. We were a little concerned that April might be cold but the tent was surprisingly toasty. The bed had loads of blankets and was super cosy. Even a violent storm didn’t dampen the experience.
Our hosts gave us plenty of privacy but were ready to help us out when we needed anything. We realised we had forgotten to bring a few essentials but nothing was too much trouble. Thanks also to Gibbo for going above and beyond to get a generator going when the town power went out while we were in the sauna.
The farm is just a short walk from town. It comes with plenty of creature comforts and a load of rustic charm. A beautiful spot to chill and stargaze by an open fire. We will definitely be back.

Highly recommended for any glamping or camping enthusiasts! This is our first glamping experience, and I can't say enough about how much I like this location. Rachel and her family were really friendly. We booked a bell tent for the night, which was the best move we've ever made. The tent was beautifully set up, with everything you needed for a city retreat. I adore their two very friendly furry buddies and their gorgeous daughter. The bathroom and kitchen were far nicer than imagined. We wished we had more time here and would definitely return if the opportunity arose. Thank you so much, Rachel!

Super cosy bell tent with a deck, fireplace, full phone reception and powerboard. Amazing hot shower and bathroom facilities, host was very friendly we will definitely be back!

We loved staying with Rachel and her family. It was our first time in a bell tent but it surely won’t be the last ;) it was so comfy and spacious but also the kitchen and bathroom facilities were great, rustic charm and very clean. Nundle and surrounds are very cute and perfect for a long weekend getaway. Our dog also loved the stay, making new fur friends and exploring the farm. Thank you!

What a lovely tranquil spot!
We woke to the sound of birds and lay in bed looking across the paddock to the hills.
We walked into Nundle and had a coffee - it's a quick 10 min picturesque walk.
The outdoor bathroom is rustic and has everything required. We didn't use the outdoor kitchen but it's available.
Rach & Gibbo are welcoming and helpful.
