The property rests on the shoulder on Mt Nellinda on nineteen hectares of land, there are one large Greenhouse where we grow potted flowers and some veggies, also several large dams which are used for irrigation and act as a Sanctury for our geese, best of all are the views. The perfect spot for relaxing next to a fire and listening to the Frogs and nightlife and waking to the sounds of kookaburras and bird life, Lots of Rock Wallabies in the evenings and early mornings. Dog friendly, no leads required, portable toilets in the multiple Camp site 1 and an older style toilet in the camping area 2, fresh water available only next to the portable toilets camping area 1. also included is a camp kitchen with fridge, kettle microwave etc for your convenience. Check with host regarding campfires. Please DO NOT invite friends and relatives to your campsite without first notifying Host. (little curtesy goes a long way) Group bookings accepted with prior notice to save camping areas. Range of six camping areas. CAMP 1 allows up to 14 or more campsites to include caravans, motor homes, large or small. tents etc. with flat and slightly flat areas and close to the roadway dead end street. CAMP 2 allows up to eight or more smaller caravans tents rooftops etc also with some flatter areas. CAMP 3 is a private in the bush area and will cater for five or so rooftops tents, difficult for caravans or large vehicles. CAMP 4 smaller possibly two tents or rooftops secluded in the bush. CAMP 5 similar to camp 3 in the bush and completely private great for a get together with friends. CAMP 6 is the very top of the mountain with a long wide strip of cleared area with bush on both sides and a window at the end to the valley below, very private, must be fully contained and would suit most vehicles, may lose traction if pulling a heavy caravan or trailer.

This unique area suits a multitude of do-it-yourself day only functions, from family parties, gatherings, outdoor meeting, engagements, movies, etc etc. can also enjoy a bush walk and listen to the birds and wildlife, lots of wallabies come out to forage after dusk. Just over an hour from Sydney and forty minutes from Newcastle, Please note: some booking label meanings on this site are unable to be changed, please check with host for any quieries. Set on the shoulder of Mt Nellinda, the property has rolling hills with great bush and tree views and two large dams which act as a sanctuary for our geese, a rural farm property, it has a homestead with a large greenhouse where we grow potted flowers and seasonal vegetables. The space is approximately 1200 square meters with a grassed area of 150 square meters to accommodate a large marque for special events. There is seating for around 60 people comfortably excluding any marque seating. A long 9-meter bench area to prepare food, and also room for a bar area. There are also flushable porta loos, a large two-sided BBQ for large crowds, power points and lights over the BBQ area with access to water. Governement regulations stipulates that events hours are 8am Sundays to Thursdays and public holidays, and 8am to midnicht Fridays and Saturdays. Looking forward to meeting you all.

The property has six . areas. Capable of around 30 camp sites. Camp 1. Is near the road way, open area, fairly flat and suitable for 15 or more camp sites, suits M Homes, Buses small or large including tents etc. Camp 2 is a smaller relatively flat areas and will cater for 8 or so caravans, campers, tents etc, there is an style drop toilet, clean and tidy and a great view or the large irrigation dams. Camp 3 is an in bush enclosed area, will suit up to 5 camp sites, but tight for caravans, roof tops , tents etc ok. Great for get together woth friends and a short walk to the toilet. Camp 4 also a smaller spot in the bush , suit up to 2 tents or roof tops. Camp 5 very similar to camp 3 and is also a pricate bush site. Camp 6 is the top of the mountain, a long cleared area with trees on both sides and a window to the valley below. Must be self contained and room for 6 or so camps, may loose traction up the hill on loose gravel if towing a heavy caravan. Enjoy your stay.

Sit on your private deck and listen to the frogs in the evenings or watch the rock wallabies on dusk and early mornings. Wake up to the wonderful song of the kookaburras in the mornings. Set on a hill facing a large dam, on a nineteen-hectare majestic bush land property and nestled on the shoulder of Mt Nellinda, sits this newly renovated tiny home. Freshly supplied with every stay is a fruit bowl, bottles water. cow and soy milks, loaf bread, breakfast cereal variety packs and occasionally a surprise. This rustic tiny home, has it all, a comfortable double bed, kitchen, with all amenities, including TV with Netflix and Wi Fi, as well as a speaker to play your music. This tiny home also has an outdoor patio with dining setting, as well as an outdoor shower and toilet, with a private little back yard with picnic table for outdoor meals or sit around a campfire and have a BBQ. Guests will have access to the majority of the property to go bushwalking, or hiking into the Onley National Park via Macbeans Fire Trail which runs through the property. We also cater for camping and overnight stopover for travellers with caravans, motor homes etc so there is a good chance that there may be others scattered on the property. Your choice to socialise around the campfire or remain private.
