Welcome to Koru Sabi Lodge, your very own rainforest retreat. Located on 20 acres in Upper Burringbar, we have two cabins available for you to book: Pine Cabin (sleeps up to 5 people and has a private sauna and wood fire hot tub) and Tallowwood Cabin (sleeps 2 and has a private sauna) See more pictures and videos on our IG: @koru_sabi_lodge. Intimate Cabin With Private Sauna

Welcome to Tallowwood House at Koru Sabi Lodge where you can relax in your own private sauna; stargaze from the outdoor bath or get cozy inside by the fireplace. You are: - 5 mins to the General Store & Natural Wine Shop - 15 to the nearest beach - 20 to Brunswick Heads - 30 to Byron Bay - 40 to Gold Coast airport Tallowwood House was designed and hand built by our neighbour—a Japanese furniture maker—in 1979. It is a unique, rustic and intimate cabin that includes: - A private sauna - A loft bedroom with a king size bed - A lounge with two daybeds that can accommodate additional guests upon request - A small, but spacious kitchen with electric cooktops, a fridge, toaster, kettles, moka coffee pot and all the cookware and utensils you could ever need - An indoor fireplace (Note: firewood is not provided during Between December to March) - 2 showers (one indoor and one outdoor) - An outdoor bath (with hot and cold water taps) - A large outdoor deck - Outdoor dining table and seats - A fire pit Outside of the home, you can also enjoy: Bush walking tracks that traverse through the property

Welcome to Pine House at Koru Sabi Lodge—your very own rainforest retreat. Located on 20 acres in Upper Burringbar, you will be able to enjoy a wood fire hot tub; sauna and; large outdoor area all with your friends and family. You are: - 5 mins to the General Store & Natural Wine Shop - 15 to the nearest beach - 20 to Brunswick Heads - 30 to Byron Bay - 40 to Gold Coast airport Pine House was designed and hand built by Buko, a renowned German builder in the region who built the infamous Beach Hotel in Byron Bay. It is a unique, two bedroom home that includes: - A loft bedroom with a king size bed (please be aware to access this room you need to walk up a small set of stairs) - A guest bedroom with a queen bed and single bed - A fully equipped kitchen with two bar fridges, oven & stove top, toaster, kettle, moka coffee pot and all the cookware and utensils you could ever need - An indoor bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin (please be aware to access the bathroom you need to walk down a small set of stairs) - A small library - An indoor fireplace (Note: firewood is not provided during between Dec - Mar) - An outdoor shower - An outdoor bath (with hot and cold water taps) - A fire pit (fire restrictions apply during Summer) Outside of the home, you can also enjoy: - A private wood fire hot tub (PLEASE READ ADDITIONAL DETAILS BELOW RE: HOT TUB) - A private sauna - Large backyard with a sheltered outdoor dining area - A BBQ - Bush walking tracks that traverse through the property ADDITIONAL DETAILS: - Please be aware to access the sauna & wood fire hot tub you will need to walk approx. 2 mins up a steep track - To heat the wood fire hot tub you need to start and maintain a fire for approx. 3 to 4 hrs. We provide you with lighters, kindling and fire wood to start and maintain the fire and a how-to video. - If you want us to prepare and heat the wood fire hot tub for you there is an additional fee
