Overall okay, a little outside of Byron, bike hire is too expensive and there is no more bus after 6pm. The camp ground itself is HUGE! Everything you need, enough amenities and kitchens, easy check-in and check-out.

Lovely but not best value for money
Belle Tent
The tent was beautiful; however, the 30 m walk to the bathroom was unexpected, particularly for this price point. Guests need to know what to expect as we are all different in our needs and local accommodation provides ensuites at this price point. Ingenia should disclose this information more clearly rather than stating flush toilet and showere "available". The kitchenette was a nice touch and nicely set up.

Fig Tree House - 3 Bedroom
We were absolutely stoked with the Figtree House, it was perfect for our extended family. Very comfortable, private, and had everything we needed. Loved the firepit! The location of the Ingenia park is great too, a short drive from town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the pool was loved by the kids!

In general the camp site is super clean and well looked after. The Tent was beautifully set up - however would have been great to have more space between the tents. Facilities were great and late check in was easy.

The immediate support and quick response during after hours after hours, when we encountered an issue was so appreciated. The person on the line was nothing but kind and immediately was able to help my family and I out of our hiccup. Be mindful. This was almost nearing midnight. On waking up the atmosphere is spectacular. It is not often that I’m able to road trip this far up with the kids, as I’m from Sydney South West. The location is absolutely stunning and though this was a little more than a rest and recuperate night stay before venturing further north my husband and I are sure to want to bring our 3 kids back to stay for a holiday.

Internet didn’t work. Didn’t really get phone reception but overall place was amazing. Car park was small and had someone randomly parked in our car space but other then that the cabin itself was nice.

Ingenia in Byron Bay was a great choice with a huge range of well kept facilities and a good range of accomodation choices. Visitors were very friendly and not noisy at night. We camped at an unpowered site at very reasonable prices!

This place is Amazing it has something to suit everyone, as a mother the place is holiday dream for families with small children and for pre teens and teens from the pool to the beach from the play ground to the skate park basketball court jumping pillow vending machines with really good treats and snacks and really good prises the camp kitchens are fabulous, the toilet and shower blocks were so clean and aesthetically pleasing laundry is good could do with make over to match bathrooms and the price is so good for families, definitely 10/10

Great vibe at this campsite. Have to get in the car to go to the beach and shops, but it's a nice campsite. Showers and toilets weren't too far and didn't have to wait long.

Just another commercial camp. Nice to have facilities like fridge, toilet and shower, although the drains were full of hair and bit disgusting. Spaces were enough but a bit tight. Best thing was the price. Good value for the money.

It was ok. Lots of room for improvement. They don’t have tent friendly powered sites. Only the unpowered sites would be good for tents. The place needs more updates and TLC, the pizza was not good and for $24 that’s insane and not fair. Staff were lovely, beach track closed due to maintenance which sucked. Also it’s a small drive out of Byron Bay really… Will stay on the GC and go local next time.

Great place for kids , bathrooms are nice and clean. Hightail 4x4 camping tip - make sure you keep all foods in plastic containers so the ibis can’t get at it.

Great camping spot and loved being able to bring my dog with me. As a solo traveller it was a bit tricky having to leave my dog unattended whilst I was in the bathrooms etc as no animals were allowed in the restrooms.

The place was very good , close to everything. Staff at the reception was very helpful , I forgot to take her name, she let us stayed with our friend as we did different bookings, facility was very clean and well maintained. Sam was very accommodating as well. I hope that the beach access will be open soon.
