Set overlooking Marrangaroo Creek, this property offers guests peace and tranquility with close proximity to the natural and historical treasures of the Blue Mountains, Wolgan Valley and Central West New South Wales. The farm-stay provides opportunities to enjoy the area’s abundant wildlife including wallabies, wombats, and a vast array of native birds. Set on a working sheep and cattle farm, it provides visitors with the chance to observe and even participate in farming activities. Backing on to the state forest, there is ample bushwalking available within walking distance of the cottage. BBQ facilities are available at the cottage or guests can make use of the farm’s bush kitchen to enjoy a campfire under the stars. Fire wood is provided. The farm-stay is 10 minutes drive west of Lithgow.
