ARRIVE BY BOAT. No Roads. NO CARS. Getting here is part of the adventure, making the journey just as memorable as the destination! Take a kayak and paddle to a nearby freshwater hole, or scroll down to 'ADDITIONAL INFO' for more details about boats and general information. Dyarubbin is perched right on the edge of the water, offering breathtaking panoramic river views. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax with plenty of spaces to lounge and enjoy the tranquility. Private Jetty Swim on the High Tide Relax by the Outdoor Fire Alfresco Dining At Dyarubbin, the afternoon summer breezes flow through the house, thanks to its easterly position. The deep-set verandah provides ample space to kick back and take in the expansive river vistas. The house is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, including in the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a double bedroom with a separate bathroom for added convenience. For those seeking additional space, there is a separate rear studio, also with air conditioning, a double bed, and an ensuite. This studio is available by prior arrangement (POA). If you don't book it, the studio will remain unoccupied during your stay. Location: Dyarubbin is situated on the eastern shore of Bar Point, just a few kilometers upriver from where the M1 Freeway crosses the Hawkesbury River at the Brooklyn/Mooney Mooney Interchange. It’s less than an hour’s drive from Sydney CBD, excluding peak periods. This boat-accessible location is one of the most stunning areas on the vast Hawkesbury waterway system. It’s the perfect spot to explore by boat, kayak to nearby freshwater holes, or enjoy fishing off the private jetty.
