There are so many places to see and things you can do in Singleton and the surrounding area…life becomes one big adventure. Country Acres Caravan Park and its central location provide you with the ideal base to explore the wonderful attractions throughout the region, which includes our world-renowned Hunter Valley vineyards and wineries, water sports like fishing, sailing, and water skiing at Lake St Clair, or go bushing walking through our majestic State Forests. Experience fine cuisines at local boutique food shops and restaurants, or go shopping at antique shops, art galleries, and retail stores. For the thrill seekers, there's sky diving and ballooning, or just a small drive down the road to visit famous horse studs, or the historical villages of Morpeth, Wollombi, and Windsor. We have a range of cabin-style Accommodations available from Deluxe 1 and 2 2-bedroom cabins and also Deluxe studio-style cabins. We have 1 Bedroom Worker Cabin available with and without a Shower depending on your budget. All our cabins are fully self-contained and are serviced weekly for long stays. Cabins are available on a daily rate or weekly depending on the length of your stay. We have a “NEW” resort-style pool with easy ramp access and camp kitchen facilities including stainless steel BBQs. We have a large amenities block a Disabled Toilet/Shower Facility and a large laundry facility. We are not a “PET FRIENDLY” Park in our Cabin Accommodation, but for Short Stays on Powered Sites we are “PET FRIENDLY”. We have Powered Sites with Concrete Slabs or Powered Grass Sites available and a large unpowered Camp Area for the tent lover. Our Park is Family Owned and Operated and you can rest assure you will receive a warm welcome and friendly service on your arrival. Here at Country Acres Caravan Park, we look forward to making your stay a comfortable one and know you will enjoy your time in the heart of the Hunter Valley.

Country Acres Caravan Park has various Powered Caravan Sites with and without a concrete slab depending on the size of your caravan or motorhome. All sites are level with both power and water. All sites are close to our amenities block which is located in the centre of the park for your convenience. We have a large number of showers and toilets in our amenities block and also a disabled toilet/shower block if required. Located close to our powered sites we have a large camp kitchen also for your convenience with a large Smart TV in there to watch while cooking on our beautiful stainless steel BBQ’s. We also have a Dump Station located close by for your convenience. We also have a couple of Drive Through Sites for the tired traveller that arrives late in the day and does not want to unhook for the night.

Perfect place to spend the night while in transit. We’ve got a powered site which was fine. it faces the highway so that makes it quiet noisy all night long due to trucks driving downhill. Facilities are perfect.

The place was tidy, well maintained, and everything was available with high quality. The pool was clean and great. All showers and toilets were all working. We got the access code before arriving there and got there without any issues. Absolutely recommend this place.

Clean park, well maintained, close to town. But We were surprised to see that it was in the industrial area of Singleton. A bit noisy from the trucks and trains. If you wanted a site close to town this would be perfect.
