Big rig-friendly
Spacious, level camping well-suited for travel trailers over 40 ft long.
Our property has a number of private camping sites spread over 100 acres. Tree-studded to tranquil bush with pockets of rainforest and dams. Abundant bird-life. Lovely walking tracks. We have sites which would suit self-contained tents, caravans, camper trailers and camper-vans. Good access for all types - various spots. One powered site with toilet available. Close to town yet a million miles from anywhere. We are located 7 minutes off the Pacific Highway, 5 minutes from Macksville, 3 minutes to the Nambucca River and Taylor’s Arm River, 15 minutes from beaches and rainforests, 1 hour from Port Macquarie, 40 minutes from Coffs Harbour. Local attractions include: ‘Pub with no Beer’, ‘Buffalo Farm’, ‘Way Way Forrest’, ‘Mt Yarrahappini’, ‘Scott’s Head beach’. Campfires permitted & firewood available on request. Dog friendly for responsible dog owners.Amazing sunsets from this hilltop campsite. 2WD access, Power (10amp only), short walk to toilet (looks like an old tank, 10m down the hill towards shed) and un-drinkable water available. Firewood available on request. Close proximity to quiet country road.  Only 5 minutes to Macksville township. Children free, book for adults only. Once booking is completed please message to advise that children will be joining. During your stay you might meet our 5 month old chocolate and white Border Collie, Kip. Kip has free reign of our 117 acre property and seems to enjoy meeting the campers who stay. He is very friendly and loves other doggos. Please be advised that he is a very well feed pup despite his attempts to prove to you otherwise haha he has 4 drinking bowls which includes 3 dams. If he tries to get into your car and leave with you, please remind him that you're not taking him to the beach or to see his best mate Radar. If dogs aren't your thing just let me know and we can keep him down home. Close to town yet a million miles from anywhere.
