The perfect spot to unplug and relax. Cherie was an incredible host, and the undercover facilities were fantastic, everything you could want was there waiting for you. Plenty of flat space to set up any kind of rig, and lots of room to spread out.

We had a great time during our stay here. Our 5yo lives finding fossils in the dry creek bed and the 2yo loved visits from the cows. We had enough room to spread out the extended family and the camp kitchen had everything we needed to cook, clean and stay warm. Thank you for the stay.

A very peaceful and well resourced camp. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, (and the walks). The undercover kitchen, dining area and fireplace with lounges was a real bonus. Lighting, power and a bathroom was just what we needed to take our weekend away with friends to the next level. Cherie and the family were very responsive, and welcoming. A hour or two in Stroud visiting historic stores & the legendary Billy T Cafe made our visit complete. Highly Recommended!

We had an amazing stay. Cherie was a wonderful host, and the place was peaceful and beautiful, far from the bustling city. All we could hear were birds and the rustling of leaves. The site was exclusive to our group, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Honestly, I want to gatekeep this place because it’s that good. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a relaxed weekend away with a group in all weather conditions. Hosts were great and location even better being less than 1h out of Newcastle and 10 minutes from local shops.
The expansive roof, fully furnished kitchen, multiple fire places and modern amenities make it hard to leave at the end of the trip. We will be back no doubt about it.

We are becoming regulars up here. We love the atmosphere, beautiful scenery and walks. The quiet sounds of nature to rest and relax. Our host Cherie and her husband are such amazing, kind and friendly people. Nothings an effort. The personal touches they put into the camp shows the love they have for there property and visitors xx

Incredible spot! This was perfect for my partner and I. We arrived late at night and Cherie was really wonderful to meet us, the site was easy to get to in the van and there was plenty of flat space to sleep. The space was fully equipped with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The bathroom had a flushing toilet and warm shower. We bought a huge wheelbarrow for the fire place which was plenty. Cherie and her husband where very lovely and took an interest in all of the birds my partner and I had seen. We spent the whole day bush walking and looking at the incredible birds, the golden whistler was a highlight!

Awesome camp regardless of the weather. Awesome camp kitchen / indoor fire place to relax when it’s raining, or enjoy a campfire by the creek. Toilet and shower are better than most that you find in hotels. Very relaxing. Lots of stuff to do and explore. My group, including my daughters, cousin and his sons thoroughly enjoyed our stay in our vans. The host Cherie is very friendly, and ensures that campers have all they need for an enjoyable stay. Cherie even provided me some fresh rosemary and garlic for my camp oven stew!!! Would recommend this sight to anyone, even the non campers!!!!!! 10 out of 10!!!!

We booked the Cabin in Conjunction with the paddock, in order to accommodate the "Non-campers" in our family. I highly recommend you do the same. It was brilliant to finally have those members join us for a family weekend. There are not many places that can provide this. The cabin was cute and cosy and perfectly adequate for a few days stay. It is located right near the communal camp kitchen. The cabin has it's own kitchen so the camp kitchen for us was a place to come together. Cherie has done a great job with the cabin.

Cherie has thought of all the things you might need and stocked the camp kitchen with them.

We loved this place! We stayed 3 nights and didn’t bother exploring around Stroud as intended, the property was soo tranquil, private and peaceful, we didn’t want to leave.
Cherie and Greg are super friendly hosts, and checked in and chatted with us throughout our stay. Definitely be back.

We had a wonderful weekend staying at the bush paddock with our two families with young kids. Cherie and Greg's setup is fantastic, making camping very convenient and easy. The property is beautiful and the camping area is in a great grassy location with plenty of space to play games. The kids loved the visits from the dogs on the property too!
