Located 20 minutes from thriving Yass we offer just under 200 acres of farm land to stay and explore. This really can be the holiday of your choice; Set up camp and stay onsite to enjoy farm walks, dam and creek swims, wildlife watching and the odd farm animal. And of course cosy up in your camp chair around a fire during winter. Enjoy our 'loo with a view' for a unique toilet experience. Or use it as a base to explore the local area, with Yass 20mins away, Canberra an hour, Murrambateman wineries 40mins, and Goulburn a 40min drive. Be sure to visit Dalton Pub and grab a coffee in Gunning if that’s your thing. Thanks for considering a stay on our property.Our campsite offers; - Dual outdoor baths with view (cold water only) - A 'loo with a view' flush toilet - A communal shanty overlooking one of our dams (I call it our heart dam as it is kind of the shape of a heart) - A communal firepit - BBQ and camp cooking items available - Individual firepits scattered on the site - Non-designated sites, so camp where you like (within the designated paddock) The paddock has flat areas for tents or caravans but is also undulating in areas. This means you can set up camp with fellow campers or find yourself a private spot where you can be completely alone. There is a dam for swimming within the paddock or you can walk through our other paddocks to visit our other dams or even our creek (which is also a great swimming spot). We have quite possibly the best view of Jerrawa from our large hill (it's one of the biggest in the region). Walk up there for sunrise and enjoy a morning coffee, or take a beer/wine and enjoy sunset. (please no glass up the hill). Or enjoy half way up the hill our dual baths for a romantic cool off or for the brave in winter. If you are lucky enough you might see kangaroos, wallabies, shinglebacks, turtles, ducks, eagles, and so much more wildlife. We also have a handful of very friendly cattle and over 100 sheep grazing our land. (please do not feed any animals) Please note between Oct and Mar NSW usually has a fire danger period. As such it is unlikely you will be allowed to have a fire. If you purchase wood from us I’ll likely have to refund it.

We camped on the top of the hill in the wedding paddock. Had great views. Had a bath in the tubs with a view and watched the sunset from Sunset hill. Walked all over this large property. Very nice place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bunyip farm, believe we spoke to Luke when we walked up to the lookout one of the mornings and he was lovely! The loo with a view has definitely got a good view. Plenty of space on the farm, just make sure you know where you're going beforehand as poor signal and we did get a little lost

Unfortunately, I don't recommend this place. The bathroom was super dirty, and the barbecue grill and kitchen utensils were in poor condition. There was no water in the shower. We couldn't find the bathtubs described in the photos. The location the host provided wasn't working, and he helped us by giving us directions.

We loved our stay at Bunyip! There’s plenty of open space and no designated sites, which gave us the freedom to pick a spot that suited us best, and our dog had the best time swimming in the dams and exploring the property. The only downside was that the camp is close to a train line, so it can be a little noisy at times. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Hosts were super quick to respond to our last-minute booking which was a big plus. Great dog-friendly spot!

Location was perfect not too far from the highway, nice and flat with little campfire spots too choose from. Our trip was cut short but will definitely be back.

Loved the couple of days I spent at Luke and Victoria’s property! Plenty of space and fire pits, gorgeous views and having camp ovens available is a lovely touch. Well signed and clear communication, little too cold for the baths when I visited but loved sitting up there and taking in the view all the same!

Lovely area with plenty of space to camp, the toilet with a view was my daughter’s favorite thing to visit almost hourly. Directions were easy to follow and plenty of space to roam around even with other campers around. Thank you for the stay

Great communication and clear directions. Lovely walk up to the baths and hill top with clear signs. Perfect for people who like to go out during the day as the campsites are secure behind a locked gate. Several options for camping in the paddock depending on your needs and camp set up. Beautiful sunsets from our site. Thanks Luke and Victoria 🙂

Thanks Luke and Victoria for a wonderful Easter stay. Even though we shared the property with other campers there was plenty of space to spread out and our spot up on the hill was perfect. The amenities were great and the view from the top of the hill was fantastic. The property was easy to find and accessible with a camper trailer. We will definitely be back again!

Great little property. Setup camp pretty much anywhere. Great views from top of the hill. Good toilet block with a view! Property is a short drive to Dalton Pub for a pub lunch. Highly recommend Luke and Victoria's place.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and opening up your lovely property for us to share! Your directions were clear and property easy to find - I loved my flat space with shady trees and awesome views. The fire pit was greatly appreciated- as was your suggestion for the Dalton Pub - what a great little pub and fantastic meals! Plenty of room for everyone - thanks for opening up the Wedding paddock over Easter to enable people to spread out. I loved it and will be back!

2nd stay within 6 months and as always happy for the private property & price :) ⛺ Stayed in Easter weekend with about 20 other groups and still felt as if we had plenty of 'our space'. 🔒 It's so good just to dump your stuff & head out for the day knowing it's behind a locked gate. ⚒️ There is a few fossicking areas nearby if you want a little dirt drive. 🚽 Loo with a a view for a bit smashed as expected, after morning breaky aha. 📸 Got great astro photography and sunset shot 🐦 Kookies, Eastern & Crimson Rosellas, Galahs, Cockatoos, Choughs, tits, magpie parks, & fairy wrens all around. Do not need 4x4 to enter dirt to the property, do not need 4x4 to access paddock when dry. If camping near dam or in Bushland, or of course towing may need to engage 4x4. But generally speaking you won't need to (we didn't touch it both times) Thanks again for having us 🙏🏼

Overall it was a lovely stay, we were very lucky to have the place to ourselves! Beautiful place to unwind and catch the sunrise & sunset. The baths were lovely on the hot days. We loved setting our tent up under the trees for shade. The main feedback would be some more signs around the place, especially up to the baths (although the map was helpful, it definitely felt like we might have been going the wrong way/onto a neighbouring property accidentally). Also the loo with a view, whilst charming, if anyone else had been there we would have been mortified with no door and the barrier absolutely not covering enough of our 6ft height when getting on & off the toilet). But this is purely constructive, it was a lovely stay thanks guys :)

Bunyip Jerrawa was a slice of heaven. The camping area was spacious, offering numerous beautiful spots to choose from. The views, along with the "loo with a view" and the hilltop baths, were the absolute highlights of our stay. Luke and Victoria's property was clean, quiet, and ideal for exploring Yass and the surrounding area. As suggest by Luke and Victoria The Royal Hotel in Dalton was the perfect spot for dinner, and Trader and Co served an excellent coffee. Thank you, Luke and Victoria!

Bunyip is such a fabulous place to camp and they have thought of everything. I had my van and camped in the front paddock with my kelpie who could swim in the dam. Kangaroos came by at sunset !! The toilet has a view. I loved hiking to the hill to have a bath with a view - truely magical !! Close to wineries, Yass and the most beautiful countryside. They have thought of everything and communicated so well. I can’t wait to come back.

The property was easy to find. Loads of places to set up. We used this place as a base to explore Yass, Canberra and all the smaller towns around. The host were great. Communication second to none. Advice and tips galore. The Dalton hotel really had a great atmosphere and the food was amazing.

We were very impressed camping at Bunyip Jerrawa for a weeks holiday with the 3 kids. There were clear directions and were able to choose where we wanted to camp on the property. The toilet with a view was awesome and so were the relaxing baths with a view. We swam in the dam, played at the playground and checked the surrounding towns with great food. Thankyou, Luke and Victoria you are such lovely people, it was lovely to meet you and your family..

We had a wonderful stay on Luke and Victoria’s land. There are beautiful views and the bathtubs are a wonderful spot to escape the heat, drink a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The amenities are great, particularly the loo with a view and the large shared covered eating area. It was a great location that was quiet and private yet driving distance to explore towns and wineries. Our dog had a blast and could keep cool in the dam, and he loved the very sweet and friendly farm dogs. Luke and Victoria are very accommodating and quick to respond to messages, and Luke went above and beyond and helped us fix our trailer.

Great hosts & Lovley property. Lots of open yard, with many different paddocks with has dams & creeks. They have a big communal area to cook in with tables & chairs for everyone to enjoy (cook ware provided) The loo with a view is indeed that! You'll enjoy your time on it to much haha We didn't spend much time exploring around, ( just passing through) but could easily come back with a the group and make a week of it :) Bonus tip: the sheep do weird coughs so don't be startled by that lol
