Camping here was amazing so much room not squished next to other campers everyone has there own space if your going yourself or with a group lots of different areas you can camp on I would highly recommend to any one who want a few day away or even longer as it’s secluded but also not far from a small town

We enjoyed coming back again and enjoyed and the big grassy campsite. Plenty of room, close to Evans Head. Phil is a friendly helpful host.

Phil is a great fella. Came and greeted us at sun down and guided us past all the roo's to a stunning location by the river which was teeming with action. Well be back for sure!

Tent camping with kids , many sites to choose from nice and flat plenty of space from other campers. Great river access! Few fish caught kids enjoyed catching cooking and eating.

We had a great couple of days at Brickella. The grounds are vast and green and kept mown and there is so much space for everyone to spread out. We camped near a stand of gum trees and had a very short walk to get to the creek. It's a short paddle to the river or various creek branches depending on which way you turn and is a very pleasant way to spend the day. Apparently the fishing is also good in places. Phil is a very friendly and helpful host, making sure everything is ok and even topping up your firewood if needed. Dogs are free to roam unleashed around your campsite and fires are permitted. Lots of bird life and roos, (even a friendly, resident horse) and the surrounding bush has some beautiful trees which are massive. We will come again and next time stay longer so we can explore more of the waterways.

We've been to this camp a couple of times, and we love it, there's lots of space to spread out and the location to Evens Heads is perfect for us.
I highly recommend this camp for small or large groups!
We will definitely be back again.

3rd time visiting and as previous everything was great. Was busier than normal but there was still heaps of space for everyone to spread out.
Road in is a little water damaged but still accessible by all vehicles, just take it a little slower.
As always Phil was a great host. We were visited by a Goanna, Usher the horse, Kangaroos, a lovely Reb Belly Black Snake and a python. Great to see so much wildlife around.

This is a great open camping spot with so much space nice and flat and grassy, the river a 5 minute walk absolutely fantastic. The host Phil is very hospitable and a really nice guy, will definitely be back.

Great spot, heaps of room, free camping, short walk to river. Beautiful place, easy access to evans head and woodburn, lovely little towns. Phil is a great and friendly host, not in your face but there if ya need anything. He has fire wood on tap. Honestly great, cheap spot. Gravel track access, should be fine for cars, saw plenty of cars in there!

Phil the owner is fantastic. He guided us to the property, which was beautifully. Flat ground, mowed grass, huge open spaces. Delightfully quiet, with a friendly horse roaming around. A easy stroll to a river which the kids loved swimming in. Thanks Phil, we will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful property!
Phillip was awesome with his communication.
We had the place to ourselves for three days and took the boat to do some fishing.
Large and well maintained property with a pet horse named Usher which was lovely, heaps of kangaroos too.
Will definitely be back!

Phil is a great host, very friendly and helpful. Campsites are beautifully maintained, mown green grass and level sites. A short walk to the creek with easy access for kayaking and exploring the creek and river. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and highly recommend Brickella to others. Thanks Phil for your hospitality!
