Thank you for your understanding. Welcome to Blueys Beach Farmstay! MerryLegs's Paddock offers fantastic group bookings, perfect for larger groups. Strawberry's paddock is located towards the rear of the property, offering a comfortable spot for those with kids, with easy access to the amenities. Merrylegs's Paddock is the perfect spot for couples and smaller or larger groups. Merrylegs's is located towards the front of the property, and offers sites for up to 4 guests per site. Enjoy lovely grassed areas with ample shade for your camper-van, roof top tent, free standing tent or swag. We have seven (7) acres of fully fenced grassy paddocks, with mostly shaded open areas. We have a 2 night minimum and a 5 night maximum stay at both listings. We're located very close to Blueys Beach where you can stroll along the shore, go for a swim or help the kids build sandcastles. It’s a flat walk from your campsite, only minutes away along the footpath (approximately 350 metres) to local restaurants, cafes and shops. Those visiting with their furry family member can enjoy the nearest dog friendly beach within council regulated hours just a further 150 down the path. You can enjoy access to flushable toilets x 2 and a singular hot shower and a singular cold shower for those after the beach days, please BYO toiletries. We ask that you place all of your rubbish in the bins provided .. we can take your recyclable cans and bottles for the Earn and Return program. To clarify .. YES we have a garbage bin for general waste only .. no recycling bin. We allow campfires when it is safe. ALL fires must be contained in a fire pit. Absolutely no fires are to be lit on the open grass. WE have fire pits for hire and bagged firewood is available for purchase on site .. all fire pits brought onto the property for use by guests will be subject to the discretion of the property owners. All fires and fire pits must be "OK'd" with the property owners prior to lighting, what we're looking for is clearance from the ground to the base of the fire pit .. the greater distance the better. Fires can only be lit in accordance with NSW Rural Fire Services fire restrictions or total fire bans. We've had multiple patches of our buffalo lawn scorched to beyond charcoal by careless guests .. you must ask the hosts / property owners before lighting any fires .. unnecessary burnt patches of lawn may result in you and your guests leaving!! We ask you to please note: ** UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT TAKE ANY CARAVANS .. HYBRID CARAVANS .. MOTOR HOMES .. RV'S .. FIFTH WHEELER's .. BUSES INCLUDING MERCEDES SPRINTERS of any size .. mainly the footprint of these types of vehicles is far too great .. once again we're only a grassy paddock not a caravan park. Standard size camper trailers and camper-vans, roof top tents are all completely fine. If your bus is longer than 4 meters in length, over 2 meters in height and/ or width with a tare weight of 3 tonne or over SORRY BUT IT IS A NO!! If your camper trailer is wider than 2.5 meters or longer than 4.5 metres in length inclusive of the drawbar .. SORRY BUT ITS A NO!! If you have a Jayco of any description .. regardless of length / width OR what the "registration papers say" .. SORRY BUT IT IS STILL A NO!! - If you have solar panels to charge you might have to chase the sun a little, as there are plenty of shaded areas which is perfect come summer. We do not allow the use of "Slackline or Tightropes" strung between our trees, it causes them to be ringbarked after a prolonged use .. meaning they die in the long run .. rope clotheslines and hamocks perfectly ok on the palms, sheoaks and paperbarks!! - Dogs are permitted here however they must be friendly off leash and must NOT chase my pets which include horses, goats , dogs and our pet chooks. Please pick up after your pooch .. as a courtesy to other guests and also to us, it doesn't happen in a caravan park .. please do the right thing here!! PLEASE ADVISE US UPON BOOKING IF YOU ARE BRINGING A PET/PETS!! - There are animals that live here and they occasionally make animal noises. Specifically, we have a pet Rooster called Billy .. he is meticulous at his job of being a rooster and can start very early in the morning 4am We ask you to please be understanding during your visit, that this is Billy's home and we ask you to PLEASE RETHINK YOUR BOOKING if you feel this might impact on your holiday or your guests holiday. On arrival, we ask that you stop at the garages at the front of the house to confirm your check-in and get instructions .. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE PROPERTY, prior to letting us know you have arrived. NO ARRIVALS AFTER 10PM .. during peak periods it impacts greatly on our other onsite guests, we've had too many complications in the past, appologies it simply it doesn't work. When we have heavy rain, some areas of the property are not car accessible and you may need to walk to some amenities. and keep driving to a minimum. Upon your booking you will receive a couple of private messages from us .. these will be located in your HipCamp Messages on the App or the website they will contain instructions for once you arrive .. PLEASE READ THEM!! If you have not already, please download the "HipCamp" app it makes communication a lot easier. We're happy to help if you need more information .. safe travels always!!

Strawberry's Paddock offers fantastic group bookings, perfect for large families. Enjoy lovely grassed areas with ample shade for your camper van, tent or swag. We have seven acres of fully fenced grassy paddocks, with mostly shaded open areas.  If you require a couple or a small group booking, please see our Merrylegs's Paddock listing. Strawberry's Paddock is located towards the rear of the property, offering a comfortable spot for those with kids, with easy access to the amenities and the playground. We have a 2 night minimum and a 5 night maximum stay.  We're located very close to Blueys Beach where you can stroll along the shore, go for a swim or help the kids build sandcastles. It’s a flat walk from your campsite, only minutes away along the footpath (approximately 350 metres) to local restaurants, cafes and shops. Those visiting with their furry family member can enjoy the nearest dog friendly beach, just a further 150 metres down the path. You can enjoy access to 2 x flushable toilets and one hot shower and one cold outdoor shower, please BYO toiletries and extra toilet paper to ensure you have a comfortable stay. We allow campfires when it is safe. All fires must be contained in a fire pit. Absolutely no fires are to be lit on the open grass. You are welcome to BYO fire pit or alternatively we have fire pits for hire and bagged firewood is available for purchase on site. This is a ca$h transaction .. try to bring some with you or there is an ATM up the road. We are looking for ground clearance with your fire pit .. from the base of your fire pit to the earth, the greater the better for our poor buffalo!! Please put your fire out before bedtime in case of wind changes during the night, we are surrounded by bushland and palm forests .. Thank You!! We have recently had patches of our beautiful buffalo lawn scorched to beyond charcoal .. unnecessary or irresponsible burn patches may result in you and your guests having your booking cancelled. Our family campsites are co-located and there will be other families nearby. The paddock is fairly open and wraps around the house area however won’t offer you total privacy if you are looking for seclusion and isolation on your holiday. We ask you to please note:  - Unfortunately we Do No allow generators .. our place is too small and they are just too noisy. - We DO NOT take caravans of any size, make or model!! Standard size camper trailers and camper vans are ok. We do not take hybrid caravans, motor homes, buses, including Mercedes sprinters or similar with specs over 4 metres in length, 2 metres in height and/ or width with a weight of 3 tonne or over.. sorry but it's a NO. - NO JAYCO CAMPER TRAILERS OF ANY KIND regardless of what the rego papers say it is a NO THANKS!! - NO RV's or fifth wheelers of any description .. especially under wet conditions.  - If you have solar panels to charge you might have to chase the sun a little, as there is a lot of shaded areas.  - Dogs are permitted here however they must be friendly off leash and must not chase my pets which include horses, goats and chooks. We're located very close to Blueys Beach where you can stroll along the shore, go for a swim or help the kids build sandcastles. It’s a flat walk from your campsite, only minutes away along the footpath (approximately 350 metres) to local restaurants, cafes and shops. Those visiting with their furry family member can enjoy the nearest dog friendly beach, just a further 150 metres down the path. We loved our stay, we had an acre of lush grass with beautiful trees and a fire. So good for our doggo and baby. Thank you so much, the hosts Jodie and Neil were great and even helped us out when we forgot a few things. (From the girls: The shower and bathrooms were pretty and there was always music in, really enjoyed this !) Thank you, we will be back

The best camping spot on the North coast. It was close enough to the beach but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The host was awesome and the toilet and shower were spot on.... Definitely going back and would recommend to any first timers to experienced campers looking for that beach side atmosphere. Thank you Jodie.

We just had the best weekend staying at Blueys Beach Farmstayz! Jodie was friendly, hospitable, and accomodating to our visit. Recommend the fire pit hire! Nothing like toasting marshmallows over a fire in a beautiful setting. The toilets and shower were clean and exceeded outdoor toilet standards. We will most definitely be back.

I had the most wonderful stay at this campsite! From the moment we arrived Jodie made us feel extremely welcome showing us around the campsite going above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. The campsite itself was pristine, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere that made for a truly relaxing getaway. What really set this place apart, though, were the friendly animals! It was such a joy to have the company of the horses and goats roaming around the property. They were all incredibly gentle and loving, making our time here even more special. If you’re looking for a place with an amazing host, a welcoming atmosphere, and a chance to connect with nature and some wonderful animals, this is the perfect spot. We can’t wait to return

Jodie is a superstar. Very welcoming, provided a good orientation of the camp and the brilliant amenities. Beach, cafe and shops are close. Easy weekender from Sydney and a great place to hang amongst the palms and paperbarks.

Land and campsite were nice and easy to work with. Close to the beach ~ 10 min walk. Good spot for the dog, nice amenities. Jodie came across a little rude in the initial phone call however she did apologize when we met her and she kindly showed us around the place. Nice overall :)

Owner is nice but has a strong personality and can come off rude in some situations. We tried to get a slightly earlier checkin and received a bit of rude commentary. It made us feel uncomfortable but the owner did apologise in a way once we checked in. The site is close to their house but we didn’t mind as we were out most of the day. It’s a great location, close enough to walk to the beach, also great for pets. Good amenities, shady spots to set up and reasonably quiet at night. Was a nice time away but would not be 100% sure about coming back.

Initially I wanted to move back our stay as I was sick and Jodie was very accommodating. She was slow getting back to my messages ie beyond 24 hrs but it didn't bother me- although it didn't give me the feeling that she would want me to message yet again with an ETA considering I had to prompt her twice to respond. After a long trip with 3 young kids we rocked up and stopped at the gate while I gathered my bearings- i can be slow with unfamiliar places. We then stopped outside her house and I texted her. She came out of the house but didn't even glance towards our car, seemed annoyed I was still in the car waiting for her to greet me, and told me with hostility to keep up with her because 'her dinner was on the table' between a whirlwind of instructions. Did I have any questions? Yes but there was no way I was going to ask her when I already felt like such an inconvenience to her dinner (this was 7pm). I noticed someone else said to arrive before 7 in reviews.. .. I hadn't paid $306 for two nights- all my kids were charged for full price- for such an impersonal experience on a 'paddock' (looks on to her house) that was packed- we ended up between campers next to a main road. Most expensive nights of our trip and I couldn't understand why when we had better amenities and the last caravan park we were at for less than half the price- and even better didn't need to walk on eggshells around anyone. We left first thing the next morning and missed our second day/night happily.

The land was lovely and so was the host. Jodie was very generous and hospitable. Unfortunately, the bad weather sent us home early. However, we would love to go back when there’s better weather to make the most of Blueys Beach and the campground!

This is a great spot to camp - beautiful setting amongst the trees, close to town and the beach, and with clean amenities in the campground. The kids loved looking at the horses, goats and chickens and exploring/playing around the property. Even with the weather against us we still had a great stay! Would definitely stay here again. Jodie also made us feel very welcome.

As advertised, the site is neat, the hot shower is nice and the toilets are clean. The sites are all in a big, mostly open paddock, so privacy is not great. The price for the firepit and firewood was extremely high, we only used it once (because we were there 3 days and it rained one day and there was enough wood for a single day anyway) but I guess it was still my choice to pay for it...

What a fantastic spot to camp with my family Felt so welcomed by Jodie when we arrived and the facilities were awesome . Beautiful camping areas with heaps of space . My son had a blast feeding nova the horse and the 2 goats . Can’t recommend strawberry fields enough . Thanks Jodie

My partner and I had a great time at strawberry paddock. The camp site was well manicured, they had both hot and cold showers and 2 bathrooms which were always spotless. Our host greeted us on arrival and showed us around her property which was nice. They had friendly goats and we even got a cuddle from their horse. Walking distance to shops and the beach. I would definitely go back

Jodie's place was amazing! Not too far from the beach and main strip of shops, the amenities were super clean. The land was beautifully surrounded with trees and palm trees as shade.
