Nestled at the apex of the pristine Colo Valley, you will find ‘Bluelilies’, so named because of the spectacular blue waterlilies blooming on our lagoon. We are ecofriendly (so leave no footprint!) surrounded on three sides by Wollemi National Park, site of the discovery of the Wollemi Pine, the ‘Living Dinosaur’. The Colo Valley is steeped in history, from the original owners, the Dharak people to slab huts of early convict settlers. Our property is a wonderful base to explore the local area from Windsor to the Blue Mountains. Remember to explore our local wineries, such as ‘Tizzana’, Kurrajong village and Windsor markets open every Sunday. Gosper's Lagoon is also renowned for bird watching and artists, so pack your paints and camera! Bring your kayaks, fishing gear and dogs to share your holiday. The Colo River is 5 minute drive. We also have ample free felled firewood so bring a saw! We have patchy mobile coverage and you will need to bring your own camp loo drinking water and take your waste.

    Just what we wanted. Large, quiet, secluded campsite with fire pit (no fires allowed ☹️) Shade but still able to use solar recharge. Very few flies, 1 Goanna and quite a few birds. Bit of a drive for a swim as Colo River is a trickle near here at present.

    Love this camp site, Anne is very helpful. Due to the bush fires in the area my partner was very concerned and we left after on night. Anne was very understanding and offered us to come back and use the two nights we had paid for at a later date. Most unexpected but very much appreciated. Thanks

    It was our second time there and was happy at wombat hollow. Will come back again, but in the cooler months as the march flies drove us nuts. Luckily the wind picked up and it wasn't too bad. Found a deep spot to wade in the river which was refreshing.

    I decided to try Youcamp for the first time and since we have just moved to NSW, we were looking for pet friendly campsites. Stumbled by Bluelillies by chance and Camped at the Lagoons Edge. it was very secluded and very peaceful. Anne the host was very responsive with our questions. Thanks Anne..

    Our 3rd time back, tried the wombat hollow, lovely grassy secluded spot, We had a lovely time exploring the bush, kids enjoyed riding there bikes Will definitely be back again Thanks Anne

    Peaceful getaway close to Sydney. My only company were two horses.!! Host is lovely and caring. Campsites well maintained shady and level. Will definitely return.

    Great spot. We loved exploring the bush and riding bikes. Caught in a terrible 90km/h storm on the Fri night (unforecasted) and I think Anne was scared about what she'd find when she fought through fallen trees to come and visit us in the morning! Will definitely be back...

    One of the most secluded locations I have ever camped in. Sites are very private, surrounded by beautiful bushland. Cant believe its so close to Sydney. Anne was amazing. The area is great for kids. Plenty of exploring for them to do, in a safe environment. Thank you. We will be back for sure.

    Great spot, very peaceful. Camped at Wombat Hollow. A little chilly in winter as it doesnt get a lot of sun but beautiful views of the escarpment. Would be great in summer. Will definitely come back to try one of the other spots. Thanks Ann!

    Amazing secluded spot - only 1.5 hours from Sydney but nobody around! We had Lagoon’s Edge which is a big space and nice and private. Anne gave us great tips on Tizzana Winery (must do) and the nearby swimming hole on the Colo River. Highly recommend staying!

    Our 2nd visit, this time to a new site, Wombat Hollow. Great place for a quite weekend. The views up into the escarpment are beautiful. New signs that make it easy to find your site. Perfect for the self contained.

    We stayed here over Easter with the family and had a wonderful time. Anne was a great host! The camping spot was beautiful and very private and the colo river for a swim was only minutes away by car. We will definitely be back!

    Bluelillies is a great place to stay. It was a lot bigger than I thought. We will go back again soon and stay in a different spot. It was quite peaceful, which we enjoyed. 5 minutes to the river for a paddle was excellent. Felt like you were miles away from civilization, but in fact only 2 hours.

    Fantastic campsite we stayed at The Hitching Post, the paddock was huge and more than enough space for our 5 trailers, with the neighboring site a good distance away, so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. Thank you Anne, we will return.

    Further to my review before, your property is amazing with various camping areas, all with good distances apart! Thank you again for letting us book the whole place, it was a good way to host a party without disturbing anyone. If anyone wants to do the same, please be respectful and clean up!

    Anne was so helpful during our booking process. She let us host a party in this beautiful area and we booked the whole place to not disturb anyone. Lagoons edge was probably our favourite for camping. The party was a success and the birthday boy couldn't be happier! Highly recommend camping here!

    What a brilliant little hideaway, the kids all had a ball, will definitely be coming back, Amazing views specially the sunrise through the mist in the early morning Peaceful tranquil place, Anne was lovely, and went out of her way to get the water pumped up for the toilet and taps AAAAAA+++++

    We stayed at the Hitching Post for two nights. Whilst it was very warm we bought plenty of shade which made all the difference. Anne was a great host and helped us out with a minor issue. Highly recommend the property and I am sure we shall return soon.

    Just returned from a great weekend at Bluelillies. Although the weather was a scorcher, we had some shade within the trees. Our site was secluded and had beautiful views across the valley. The water from the nearby tap was put to use for showering only, much to our relief. Thanks Anne for our stay
