We have a beachfront queen room in our family surf shack with direct beach access onto South Golden Beach, which is patrolled out the front in summer, which means you can leave the Cocabana up all day as a beachroom. If you’re a family of Four, you can sleep two in the Queen room and two in your camper or we can make up the comfy couch. We live here too and are happy to show you around, sing by the fire and have a meal. If you want privacy for the whole 2bm place, book through BNB, add approx $100pn. Park your RV or camper on the beachside of our carport. Power, water, laundry, kitchen, bathroom, baaaath. Borrow our boards, bikes, fire up the BBQ, chill ocean-side. Moments away to our local cafe Bayroots & Salty Mangrove. Steps to the beach, bike trails, cafes, coastal bike rides on low tide to Brunswick Heads & Byron Bay. 10 min: horse rides, river swims, skydiving, kite/surfing. New Brighton local farmers markets are on Tuesdays 7-11am. 5-10 min drive to shops + bottlö. 33 minutes to Ballina Airport and Gold Coast airport. Kids & pets are welcome. Offleash dog beach down the road. Bundjalung Nation - Arakwal country. Salt air, good vibes, instant recharge. Hope to see you soon! 🏖️🏄‍♀️Welcome long lost camping buddies and surf shack guests. Our property is a sun, sand & surf getaway. Enjoy a Queen room and sofa bed in our home & back your camper into the beachside carport. Small to medium campers and tents ok. Maximum four paid guests, kids & pets are free. Borrow a surf board or skater to check out our village, littered with creatives, do some washing, fill up your tank with water, power up and rest. 40 mins from Tweed or Ballina. Close to New Brighton, Brunswick Heads & Byron Bay. Our beach is patrolled over the summer, BBQ and gatherings around the picnic table. Our ground floor bath, toilet and kitchenette are basic & functional. Enjoy direct beach access, moments to our favourite local cafes and bike trails across the road…The Murwillumbah Rail Trail is a good ride. Within ten minutes of the camp site enjoy horse trails, laps of Bruns river, hot air ballooning, Habitat work pods @ Byron Industrial Estate, ecstatic dance @ St John’s Hall, sky diving, surfing & skating ( borrow ours), or kite surfing out the front. You’ll see the creative fallout from Byron and Mullum has landed here, this makes Tuesday markets 7-11am at New Brighton fun. Groceries and bottle shop, a five minute drive to New Brighton store and a ten minute drive for major shopping at ‘The Ocean Centre’. We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land and pay respect to the Bundjalung Nation - Arakwal people, past, present and emerging. I’m with you in feeling peaceful, included, accepted, comfortable, and happy.  Looking forward to meeting you soon.
