HIDING IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYWHERE! Pure. Unadulterated. WILD. 104 very private acres, securely sandwiched between a National Park Nature Reserve and State Forest. On a dead end road. No agriculture or farms upstream, only one other like-minded property owner. Secluded, but hiding smack bang in the middle of everywhere! From vertiginous sandstone cliffs on which epipetrics cling tight, right through to palm-filled rainforests, and with two quite different creek systems (including a monster waterfall), you'll be spoiled for things to do and places to explore - without even leaving the property! HISTORY This land is Gumbaynggirr land. Please be particularly mindful of our First Nation's long presence on this land. In the 1800's, white men came seeking Red Cedar, closely followed by settlers having a go at dairying; though logging has remained this area's mainstay. This special property, despite last being selectively logged about 50 years ago, hosts many huge old-growth trees remaining steadfast for your discovery and wonder. And many more are continuing to grow out too. About 35 years ago about nine of this property's eastern-most 104 acres became part of a far larger nashi pear orchard which filled much of the flats of this top end of the valley that you see today. Ultimately they failed to set good commercial fruit, and the rootstocks took over. You can see remnant rows of these trees just south of the property, from along the road. (Beware though - they have spikes that could puncture Caterpillar tracks!) MORE RECENTLY extensive lantana control efforts have been undertaken as we now move into revegetating with native species and implementing a permaculture plan. Yarrawin is 680 acre cattle farm and hardwood timber plantation in the heart of the Nambucca Valley, offering scenic, secluded , private campsites with their own swimming hole and a river gravel beach on 3km of beautiful double river frontage. Camping options include river side camps, the Shack and riverside camp and a large secluded valley. Each campsite is separate from the others, giving guests privacy and exclusive use of the swimming hole (except Chinamans Valley) at their site. All riverside sites offer a natural gravel beach entry into the water. There are no amenities here, campers will need to be self contained and leave no trace. Every site has a fire pit which must be used for campfires. If you want to use your own it must be off the ground. Only sand mats or similar, NO TARPS, to be set up on the grassed areas to preserve the grass. Free firewood and fire pit set up for the first night, IF YOU STAY TWO NIGHTS OR MORE. Firewood $20/ night after that (CASH ONLY PLEASE), except when camping at Chinamans Valley where you collect your own free firewood for each night. Beautiful drinking rain water is available in a 20lt Jerry can if required on arrival. Bird lovers can enjoy watching the various bird varieties, as well as ducks. Animals include wallabies, goannas, deer and fish as well as cattle and stock horses. Fishing is okay but it is STRICTLY catch and release ONLY. There are many places to go bushwalking, either following the river or heading up the valleys or hiking up the hills through the trees. The property is just 10kms from the convenience of Bowraville, a historic township with a supermarket, folk museum, a war museum, a historic theatre, and other historic buildings. Nambucca Heads and the beautiful surrounding beaches are just 27kms east and Coffs Harbour 80kms away. Bellinger River Tourist Park took over in 2009. We have been slowly improving the land along the way and hope to make more improvements as we go. Adored by both young and old, you can find us halfway between Brisbane and Sydney, 3km off the Pacific Highway in the small town of Repton, just 10 minutes drive from the well known arts and craft town of Bellingen and just 15 minutes south of the conveniences and attractions of Coffs Harbour. Our park has a variety of accommodation options available to suit your needs and budget. Choose to stay at one of our powered or unpowered caravan and camping sites, with our waterfront sites large enough to accommodate all types of camper trailers, caravans and motor homes. As a Pet friendly park, you can bring along your additional family member on holidays with you, subject to the conditions of our Pet Policy. For the convenience of our guests, our Family Orientated Amenities block features 10 suites with hair dryers disabled shower, baby room, men’s room, guest laundry and a filtered water bottle station. We have a dump point located onsite with easy access. Bring your boat and your fishing rod along, and enjoy the magical sunrises and sunsets of the serene Bellinger River, right from your site. For the enjoyments of all guests, please do not allow your pet to urinate etc on any guests site or property. We LOVED camping at Rods place it was absolutely magical and we highly recommend it for families. What Rod has done in creating a refuge for wildlife and his caring for country is truly remarkable. After driving through state forest and cow paddocks arriving at Rods is like driving in a sanctuary where the rainforest has been nurtured back to life. Fantastic views from the camp-site and plenty of privacy. Our dogs absolutely loved it because they could be off leash at our camp-site. The kids absolutely loved the tractor ride, even the big kids too! The waterfalls were absolutely breathtaking taking such an incredible experience to spend time in such an ancient untouched,majestic landscape. I feel so grateful for the opportunity to have stayed with you Rod, thank you for sharing this remarkable country with us. We will be back and look forward to seeing you again soon!

This place is really different from rest and you will be treated as your family and it’s not fake it legit care Sharon gives. They have so many different type of birds and animals, for e.g. Peacock, Hen and horses etc. overall it was nice, peacefull and friendly environment. Toilets were fairly clean. One of the nicest hipcamps we have stayed at!! We had the most peaceful night at Sammy’s property. Crystal clear waters and quiet bushland that was exactly the refresh we needed. It was a pleasure to meet Sammy and his family including their beautiful dog Banjo. It is clear that they take great pride in their slice of paradise and we were grateful to experience it for a night. Sammy was the perfect host and made sure to explain exactly how to access the property. Thank you again for being kind and understanding about our little pup Hank not being dog-social on our trip. 5 mins west of Coffs Harbour CBD. Council public road of 500M from the end of Shephards Lane bitumen to property boundary is STEEP GRAVEL. Quite accessible when familiarised and knowing what awaits you at the top. Camper trailer is fine being towed by good 4WD vehicle. Vans OK but not front wheel drive, NOT SUITABLE FOR CARAVANS. 4WD recommended if not confident driver. This is a rural road. POWER and WATER and bathroom facilities within two movable dwellings. One is 7M long with compost loo and gas HWS with indoor kitchen with fridge, TV etc the other is 14M long with full kitchen, full bathroom, deck, firepit, etc. and septic system. Only two dedicated sites so privacy and peace and quiet are assured. Again, 4WD recommended if driving experience has been limited to flat, bitumen roads.

Never Never Park is a Sub-Tropical Rainforest property which borders the ancient Gondwana World Heritage National Park on 2 sides including along Coopernook creek. Located half an hours drive Northeast of Dorrigo and 1 hour West of Coffs Harbour (via Eastern Dorrigo Way) in the beautiful Bellingen Shire, surrounded by various National Parks with 4WD tracks, crystal clear creeks, waterfalls, cascades, swimming holes and picnic areas. The property is 400 acres featuring spring fed mountain streams, cascades and waterfalls that run through its central gorge. First surveyed in 1906 and logged in the days of bullocks and hand saws, remnants of a bygone era remain including the “Jack Feeney Memorial Giant Tallowwood Tree”, a Champion Tree of Australia listed in the National Register of Big Trees. It’s over 50m tall, more than 1000 years old, and was around long before Captain Cook reached our shores. The landscape starts in dense Sub-Tropical Rainforest opening up to lush green pastures overlooking the amazing views to the west showcasing hedge-rowed rolling hillsides and 1600m high mountain range towards Marengo. The local fauna is amazing and quite rare, featuring the locals of the Gondwana Rainforests, Koala’s, Wallabies, Paddy Melons, Lyre Birds, Satin Bower Birds, Glossy Black Cockatoo’s, King parrots, Crimson Rosella’s, Wedgetail Eagles, Catbirds, Riflebirds, Fairy wrens, Diamond pythons, Water dragons, Giant Panda snails, Glow Worms, Fire Flys and many more… including our Horses, Cows, Chooks and Bees. Similarly, the flora is very diverse including Native Tall Hardwoods, various types of Palms and tree ferns, Rainforest and flowering Trees, Vines, flowering grasses, Stag Elk horns and other epiphytes, Crows nests, Mosses, Orchids and more. A magical land that time forgot - Tranquil and Peaceful. Only 15 mins drive from the town of Macksville, 45 minutes from Coffs Harbour, 45 minutes from Port Macquarie and 20 minutes or so (but who counts) from the famous Pub With no Beer (which does have beer). This property is extremely private with a number of camp sites that have you feeling like the rest of the world no longer exists. There are six dams and views to the coast (from the top of the hill). You get to share it with a couple of horses and a few cows but it's ok they don't like sleeping in tents or caravans. Sunsets, sunrises and night time star gazing. It's an ideal place to de-stress and reconnect with nature. Welcoming self - contained campers who bring there own amenities. There is access to drinking water but otherwise everything is BYO and take away all your rubbish please. You can choose to either be completely secluded and away from everyone. 4WD access or walk in with tents. Or you can set up closer to the entrance road and roadway (more suitable to caravans). There are lovely walks on the property itself or go for a casual stroll up the dirt road but watch out for the 3 or 4 cars every couple of hours or so. Views are amazing, air is incredible and the night sky is breathtaking. Campfires are possible but only in some months. The ideal place to get away from it all but close enough to Coffs Coast Tourist attractions, including amazing places to eat. Your pet is welcome to camp with you, but please do not let them stray onto neighbours' farms or chase stock. We are farmers, living the dream on 500 acres in beautiful Bellingen. Our farm is called Levenvale Farm. You will feel a million miles away, yet we are only 7mins into the town of Bellingen. We run an organic cattle property and have found a few spots around our farm to share with campers and glampers. Our campsites are "Beyond the Bridge" and "Old Flat Camp". Both are on cattle paddocks and have private access to Hydes Creek. Hydes Creek is a murky sandy base creek. There's lots of logs so its not recommend to jump in, but it's beautiful to cool off in the creek on a hot day. Both campsites have access to our compost toilet, and open air outdoor camping shower (gas hot water). If you prefer a bit more comfort or don't have your own camping gear, you can escape the hustle and enjoy being perched up on one of the highest points on the farm (with incredible views), in our Farm Huts. Both the Hut and the Tent are furnished with beds and linen but have no power. Both share access to a Drop Loo and a compost toilet, with gas hot water shower (in our very rustic Horse Float ensuite). At all our sites, we welcome you to have a small fire, and cook up a BBQ. Our Farm Shop is open 24/7 to self serve and grab some organic beef sausages or steaks. Reach out if you want us to have them defrosted for your arrival. Due to the recent Mid North Coast flood event the Woodland Lakeside site is closed until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience. 100 acre farm of mixed native bush and orchard plantings, with a mixture of secluded camp areas for campers with their own amenities and sites with facilities. The Woodland Lakeside campsite has a single compost toilet, and the Woodland Ridgetop sites share a camp kitchen with compost toilets and hot showers. We have two beautiful dams that are great for kayaking and swimming, and creek frontage where you can fish. Beautiful views of Yarrahapinni Mountain to the east and hills out to the west. There are 40 acres of bushland to go walkabout. Geese and ducks free range the property and feeding time visits can be arranged. We are just 1.5km of single track gravel road to the Pacific Highway with good access for all types of vehicles. There is a choice of private campsites either by the dam or the creek with no other campers in sight! We also have a multi site area at the Woodland Ridgetop with a camp kitchen, compost toilets and showers. This will be available to be booked as a large group area or as 3 individual sites. Later in 2024 we will also have beautiful glamping bell tent sites available. Drinking water (tank water) is available from an outdoor tap at the farmhouse, as long as we have had sufficient rainfall. Please check in advance if you require water. Campers MUST have their own self contained amenities for the Creek Camp, and the 2 Parking Sites, and leave no trace. There is a toilet dump point for chemical toilets in Macksville, 10 mins away. All he sites are dog friendly as long as all dog poo is cleared up. 20 mins to Scotts Head and Grassy Head beaches and Yarrahapinni National Park. State Forest on the doorstep great for mountain bikes, and with motorbike trails heading out to the west. The farm is 5 minutes from the Eungai Buffallo Farm cafe. There is also farm produce available for sale - fresh eggs for breakfast!
