The secluded campsite is easily accessible by 2wd and is suitable for caravans and motorhomes. Perfect for a quick overnight stay, or setup base camp and explore the area with plenty of POI’s close by including Station Creek and Pebbly Beach, Minnie Waters, Wooli, Sherwood Nature Reserve and many more. Campfires are permitted when restrictions aren’t in place, with plenty of firewood to collect from the property. Campers will need to be fully self-sufficient as there are no onsite amenities. Come and camp in this quiet, peaceful location. Campers will be able to enjoy state forest access to explore wildlife or sit back, relax and take in the extensive views of the ocean, farmland and green valley, established tropical fruit trees, wandering cattle in close proximity and occasional native animals wandering by, city lights at night can be seen while under the stars, privacy assured. There are also bush walks for guests to enjoy. There are few facilities here, tank water and a sawdust composting toilet, picnic table and small contained fire pit also... campers need to be self sufficient with optional own toilet/shower facilities and leave no trace. The camp site has had an upgrade beautification and facility program that is fully available. The property is in close proximity to the ocean and the city, just a 10 minute drive too the Coffs Harbour CBD. You're welcome to bring your pet, but they must be supervised and kept under control. Campfire are permitted in the provided fire area. Please note that some sites require 4WD access and are a steep climb (see photos). Caravan access is limited to small to medium length only. Large vans require assistance so not recommended for this site.

HIDING IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYWHERE! Pure. Unadulterated. WILD. 104 very private acres, securely sandwiched between a National Park Nature Reserve and State Forest. On a dead end road. No agriculture or farms upstream, only one other like-minded property owner. Secluded, but hiding smack bang in the middle of everywhere! From vertiginous sandstone cliffs on which epipetrics cling tight, right through to palm-filled rainforests, and with two quite different creek systems (including a monster waterfall), you'll be spoiled for things to do and places to explore - without even leaving the property! HISTORY This land is Gumbaynggirr land. Please be particularly mindful of our First Nation's long presence on this land. In the 1800's, white men came seeking Red Cedar, closely followed by settlers having a go at dairying; though logging has remained this area's mainstay. This special property, despite last being selectively logged about 50 years ago, hosts many huge old-growth trees remaining steadfast for your discovery and wonder. And many more are continuing to grow out too. About 35 years ago about nine of this property's eastern-most 104 acres became part of a far larger nashi pear orchard which filled much of the flats of this top end of the valley that you see today. Ultimately they failed to set good commercial fruit, and the rootstocks took over. You can see remnant rows of these trees just south of the property, from along the road. (Beware though - they have spikes that could puncture Caterpillar tracks!) MORE RECENTLY extensive lantana control efforts have been undertaken as we now move into revegetating with native species and implementing a permaculture plan. Today the property is registered with Land For Wildlife and hosts a very wide mix of native vegetation communities. ACTIVITIES Bird watch. Climb. Abseil. Photograph wildflowers. Paint. Swim. In the next valley there's even gold to be found. Explore trails by mountain bike. Whale watch. Surf. Learn SCUBA. Go beach-combing. Catch a mudcrab. Go whitewater river rafting. Due to the recent Mid North Coast flood event our driveway is 4 wheel drive access only and the Woodland Lakeside site is closed until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience. 100 acre farm of mixed native bush and orchard plantings, with a mixture of secluded camp areas for campers with their own amenities and sites with facilities. The Woodland Lakeside campsite has a single compost toilet, and the Woodland Ridgetop sites share a camp kitchen with compost toilets and hot showers. We have two beautiful dams that are great for kayaking and swimming, and creek frontage where you can fish. Beautiful views of Yarrahapinni Mountain to the east and hills out to the west. There are 40 acres of bushland to go walkabout. Geese and ducks free range the property and feeding time visits can be arranged. We are just 1.5km of single track gravel road to the Pacific Highway with good access for all types of vehicles. There is a choice of private campsites either by the dam or the creek with no other campers in sight! We also have a multi site area at the Woodland Ridgetop with a camp kitchen, compost toilets and showers. This will be available to be booked as a large group area or as 3 individual sites. Later in 2024 we will also have beautiful glamping bell tent sites available. Drinking water (tank water) is available from an outdoor tap at the farmhouse, as long as we have had sufficient rainfall. Please check in advance if you require water. Campers MUST have their own self contained amenities for the Creek Camp, and the 2 Parking Sites, and leave no trace. There is a toilet dump point for chemical toilets in Macksville, 10 mins away. All he sites are dog friendly as long as all dog poo is cleared up. 20 mins to Scotts Head and Grassy Head beaches and Yarrahapinni National Park. State Forest on the doorstep great for mountain bikes, and with motorbike trails heading out to the west. The farm is 5 minutes from the Eungai Buffallo Farm cafe. There is also farm produce available for sale - fresh eggs for breakfast!

Pets are welcome but we are a working cattle property, so if your dog is going to chase cattle it's probably not a great fit. One of the nicest hipcamps we have stayed at!! We had the most peaceful night at Sammy’s property. Crystal clear waters and quiet bushland that was exactly the refresh we needed. It was a pleasure to meet Sammy and his family including their beautiful dog Banjo. It is clear that they take great pride in their slice of paradise and we were grateful to experience it for a night. Sharon the host was warm and welcoming. Many fire pits to choose form and A LOT of land to explore. Hand fed the poultry with feed you can purchase from reception for $2 a bag. Really enjoyed the all animals on the farm. Would definitely come again in the warmer season!

Great spot close to Coffs. About 15 minutes into town. Nice green campsite with fire pits and clean toilets. Pretty cool backdrop of forestry behind campsite. Owner was super friendly and helpful. Firewood $10 per bag, just bring cash. Just beware there is a little causeway coming into the site that can go under if they have a decent downpour. The base is solid and well marked though so we didn't have an issue getting in and out, even though it rained the entire time we were there.

Redcamp is as beautiful, if not more beautiful, than it appears in the photographs. Even though it rained during our stay it didn't stop us from enjoying a swim in the beautiful crystal clear waters of the swimming hole. My 3 year old granddaughter loved playing with the river pebbles and we enjoyed the grassy open space. No bindis or weeds, great for running around barefoot, great fire pit too. Make sure that you take everything you need as Bowraville is a good hour away. The hosts were friendly and welcoming as too was their dog Banjo who visited often. Firewood is available to purchase on arrival, so no need to carry it with you.

Never Never Park is a Sub-Tropical Rainforest property which borders the ancient Gondwana World Heritage National Park on 2 sides including along Coopernook creek. Located half an hours drive Northeast of Dorrigo and 1 hour West of Coffs Harbour (via Eastern Dorrigo Way) in the beautiful Bellingen Shire, surrounded by various National Parks with 4WD tracks, crystal clear creeks, waterfalls, cascades, swimming holes and picnic areas. The property is 400 acres featuring spring fed mountain streams, cascades and waterfalls that run through its central gorge. First surveyed in 1906 and logged in the days of bullocks and hand saws, remnants of a bygone era remain including the “Jack Feeney Memorial Giant Tallowwood Tree”, a Champion Tree of Australia listed in the National Register of Big Trees. It’s over 50m tall, more than 1000 years old, and was around long before Captain Cook reached our shores. The landscape starts in dense Sub-Tropical Rainforest opening up to lush green pastures overlooking the amazing views to the west showcasing hedge-rowed rolling hillsides and 1600m high mountain range towards Marengo. The local fauna is amazing and quite rare, featuring the locals of the Gondwana Rainforests, Koala’s, Wallabies, Paddy Melons, Lyre Birds, Satin Bower Birds, Glossy Black Cockatoo’s, King parrots, Crimson Rosella’s, Wedgetail Eagles, Catbirds, Riflebirds, Fairy wrens, Diamond pythons, Water dragons, Giant Panda snails, Glow Worms, Fire Flys and many more… including our Horses, Cows, Chooks and Bees. Similarly, the flora is very diverse including Native Tall Hardwoods, various types of Palms and tree ferns, Rainforest and flowering Trees, Vines, flowering grasses, Stag Elk horns and other epiphytes, Crows nests, Mosses, Orchids and more. A magical land that time forgot - Tranquil and Peaceful. Only 15 mins drive from the town of Macksville, 45 minutes from Coffs Harbour, 45 minutes from Port Macquarie and 20 minutes or so (but who counts) from the famous Pub With no Beer (which does have beer). This property is extremely private with a number of camp sites that have you feeling like the rest of the world no longer exists. There are six dams and views to the coast (from the top of the hill). You get to share it with a couple of horses and a few cows but it's ok they don't like sleeping in tents or caravans. Sunsets, sunrises and night time star gazing. It's an ideal place to de-stress and reconnect with nature. Welcoming self - contained campers who bring there own amenities. There is access to drinking water but otherwise everything is BYO and take away all your rubbish please. You can choose to either be completely secluded and away from everyone. 4WD access or walk in with tents. Or you can set up closer to the entrance road and roadway (more suitable to caravans). There are lovely walks on the property itself or go for a casual stroll up the dirt road but watch out for the 3 or 4 cars every couple of hours or so. Views are amazing, air is incredible and the night sky is breathtaking. Campfires are possible but only in some months. The ideal place to get away from it all but close enough to Coffs Coast Tourist attractions, including amazing places to eat. Your pet is welcome to camp with you, but please do not let them stray onto neighbours' farms or chase stock. They run the risk of being baited or shot. ​There is stock on the property so please leave all gates as you find them. If they are open they stay open. If closed they stay closed.

We are farmers, living the dream on 500 acres in beautiful Bellingen. Our farm is called Levenvale Farm. You will feel a million miles away, yet we are only 7mins into the town of Bellingen. We run an organic cattle property and have found a few spots around our farm to share with campers and glampers. Our campsites are "Beyond the Bridge" and "Old Flat Camp". Both are on cattle paddocks and have private access to Hydes Creek. Hydes Creek is a murky sandy base creek. There's lots of logs so its not recommend to jump in, but it's beautiful to cool off in the creek on a hot day. Both campsites have access to our compost toilet, and open air outdoor camping shower (gas hot water). If you prefer a bit more comfort or don't have your own camping gear, you can escape the hustle and enjoy being perched up on one of the highest points on the farm (with incredible views), in our Farm Huts. Both the Hut and the Tent are furnished with beds and linen but have no power. Both share access to a Drop Loo and a compost toilet, with gas hot water shower (in our very rustic Horse Float ensuite). At all our sites, we welcome you to have a small fire, and cook up a BBQ. Our Farm Shop is open 24/7 to self serve and grab some organic beef sausages or steaks. Reach out if you want us to have them defrosted for your arrival. There are many places to go bushwalking, either following the river or heading up the valleys or hiking up the hills through the trees. The property is just 10kms from the convenience of Bowraville, a historic township with a supermarket, folk museum, a war museum, a historic theatre, and other historic buildings. Nambucca Heads and the beautiful surrounding beaches are just 27kms east and Coffs Harbour 80kms away. Please note this is a working farm, so there will be cattle and stock horses on the property that may approach your campsite.

Only 15 mins drive from the town of Macksville, 45 minutes from Coffs Harbour, 45 minutes from Port Macquarie and 20 minutes or so (but who counts) from the famous Pub With no Beer (which does have beer). This property is extremely private with a number of camp sites that have you feeling like the rest of the world no longer exists. There are six dams and views to the coast (from the top of the hill). You get to share it with a couple of horses and a few cows but it's ok they don't like sleeping in tents or caravans. Sunsets, sunrises and night time star gazing. It's an ideal place to de-stress and reconnect with nature. Welcoming self - contained campers who bring there own amenities. There is access to drinking water but otherwise everything is BYO and take away all your rubbish please. You can choose to either be completely secluded and away from everyone. 4WD access or walk in with tents. Or you can set up closer to the entrance road and roadway (more suitable to caravans). There are lovely walks on the property itself or go for a casual stroll up the dirt road but watch out for the 3 or 4 cars every couple of hours or so. Views are amazing, air is incredible and the night sky is breathtaking. Campfires are possible but only in some months. The ideal place to get away from it all but close enough to Coffs Coast Tourist attractions, including amazing places to eat. Your pet is welcome to camp with you, but please do not let them stray onto neighbours' farms or chase stock. They run the risk of being baited or shot. ​There is stock on the property so please leave all gates as you find them. If they are open they stay open. If closed they stay closed.

Forget your phone alarm; your wake-up call here is the local kookaburra choir having a good old laugh. It’s a proper back-to-nature spot, perfect for anyone needing to pull up a stump, unwind and unplug. We’re big on personal space, so we’ve placed the campsites far enough apart that you won’t have to hear your neighbour’s snoring. You’ll have your own secluded patch of paradise. This is your chance to embrace the great outdoors without someone’s caravan awning poking you in the eye. Your four-legged mate is welcome too. Just keep them on a lead while you’re exploring, but they’re free to be their goofy selves at your campsite. And of course, a campfire is practically mandatory. Each site has a fire pit, and if you burn through your wood supply faster than a pollie breaks a promise, we can sort you out with more for a small fee. Now, for a bit of housekeeping. Let's be clear, we're not the Hilton. In fact, we don't provide any amenities at all. Think of us as a safe, private space that feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, because you pretty much are. You'll need to come fully self-sufficient. That means bring everything in, and please, take all your waste back out with you. Leave only footprints and good memories. The agenda? Well, that’s up to you. Plonk yourself in a chair with a good book, go for a gentle wander around the farm, or chuck on your boots and tackle a proper bushwalk through our 70 acres of trails. At night, the sky puts on a heck of a show, and the silence is so complete you can actually hear yourself think. We’re the new kids on this gorgeous property and are still getting ourselves sorted. Big plans are afoot for a dunny and shower, picnic tables, and fresh rainwater on tap. We'll be adding more critters, growing a heap of fruit and veg, and soon you'll be able to grab farm-fresh eggs for your brekkie. We'd be chuffed to have you come along for the ride. Don't panic about dinner. The pub in Glenreagh (5 mins down the road) does a top-notch feed, and you’ll also find a bakery and takeaway there. Nana Glen (10 mins the other way) has you covered with a cafe, chemist, servo, and a general store for all your bits and bobs. There’s no phone or Wi-Fi. Consider it a feature, not a bug. It’s the perfect excuse to ignore your emails.

Kenaya on Washpool is only a few minutes into Grafton CBD but could be a world away. 30 acres of cattle grazing country with Washpool Creek running through. Plenty of beautiful wildlife make our property their home. Thirty minutes to the beautiful Minnie Water and Wooli, and right on the Clarence River. We have a pack of working Anatolian Shepherd Dogs, who care for the resident pet goats, mini donkey and alpaca - but they won't be near your campsite. We are surrounded by national parks and plenty of sightseeing and activities. Note: If you book with short notice (i.e. same afternoon arriving) we can not guarantee a mowed/short grass site. Also, the weather has been incredibly wet, so the area near the creek can be very muddy/soft, and you may need to use higher ground. Please feel free to check in/message us first if this presents any concerns.
