Just five kilometers outside of Margaret River, we welcome campers to come and experience the magic of Fair Harvest. The gardens and farm of Fair Harvest were established in 1995 and have matured into an extensive Permaculture demonstration system. In 2022, we were proudly awarded the nationally-recognised Eco Certification for Ecotourism camper amenities include 2 showers ( on timer as we have limited rainwater), 2composting toilets, and an outdoor kitchen built from timber harvested onsite. We are dedicated to creating a more sustainable lifestyle and sharing our beautiful farm with others. As a permaculture farm recycling is a huge part of our culture so please read our detailed guidelines to waste management for campers. The farm features extensive food gardens , a beautiful Yoga Barn, and a farm and forest walks. Our campground is close to town, bush walks and cycle trails. Enjoy eco-friendly amenities and a great vibe, a place to retreat in a beautiful part of the world. Visit the animals, discover our veggie garden and observe the many birds part of our ecosystem. Due to farm commitments, events, courses and retreats, the campground is open to the public only certain times of the year. Open everyday during holidays and long weekend. Open Wednesday to Sunday outside holidays Closed from mid june till mid September We have limited space for caravans, RVs and camper trailers. Fair Harvest Retreat Rules 1 - CHECK IN is between 2 and 6 pm, for late arrivals let us know your ETA. CHECK OUT by 10 am 2 - ON ARRIVAL, stop at the self check-in area. Register your details. Find your name and camp site number on the whiteboard. Grab a map and set up your camp. 3 - KIDS should always be accompanied beyond the immediate campground. 4 - Enjoy a SHORT WALK around the gardens. We kindly ask you to keep the gates closed and not to pick the food. FARM WALK, follow the walk trail sign around our forest about 30/40 min.. 5 - DOGS should be on a lead at all time, we do have 1 designated paddock (not fenced) where you can have your dog off leads, please ask us. We are doing our best to provide a great recycling model. PLEASE help us …. All food even meat should be given to the chickens (bin in the kitchen) There is a 10C refund bin (this goes to charity) A recycling bin at the front gate. A general waste bin at the front gate. We do not accept mixed rubbish in our bin, so if you don't separate take them away with you. We will be more than happy to explain and help you with your waste. 8 - QUIET time from 9pm - please be mindful of others campers - no parties or late music. No generators. 9 - VISITORS between 9 - 4 and please ask them to park in the general carpark 10 - We are a SMOKE FREE farm.

We offer a quiet retreat with a rambling Brook,shady trees and peaceful meadows on a country farm set in the beautiful Brookhampton Valley 9kms from Donnybrook and close to many local attractions and wineries with the towns of Bunbury ,Donnybrook,Balingup,Bridgetown and Collie within a pleasant afternoons drive plus the Bibbulum trails are easily accessed from Donnybrook. It’s peaceful and relaxing with plenty of space for winding down and enjoying the remote tranquility The Hipcamp is located well away from the main house so is private. There is a working studio with kilns on the property with the main woodfired salt glazing kiln being fired once or twice a year. We welcome visitors to the studio so if you would like a visit or to do a clay workshop just ask us :) We often have our own eggs and honey available for sale. There are also brochures in the studio for anyone wanting more information on the local attractions. We do have some rules to follow : NO DOGS OR OTHER PETS permitted NO CHILDREN FENCES are live so no ropes to be attached to them There is a dump site for portable toilets at 20 Reserve Street Donnybrook. Greywater can be released onto the paddock. We have an eco toilet available so please do not put any foreign matter down it PLEASE do not feed the animals or enter other areas on the farm without permission All camping must be undertaken in the designated camping area There is a 10pm curfew and no arrivals to the Camp will be allowed after dark so if you cannot arrive before dark please book for the next day. Entry to the property is via a gate code which is given on booking a site-do not come after dark we are on a country road there is no street lighting and its hard to locate us in darkness Exit is automatic- pull square up to the gate and it will sense the vehicle and open the gate. For Entry : Drive all the way to the end of the gravel drive -put the code given into the pinpad go through gate within 40secs then lineup straight to the bridge and drive straight across through the gate into the camp We have camping available during the music festival at Newlands in the New Year and at Easter for the Donnybrook Apple Festival and the TOMR bike race at the end of October as well as throughout the year

Bush blocks located in the central of all the south west goodies, 20 minutes from any great spot. Good to plan your days instead of going one way and coming back, relax in the bush and spot native wildlife. Sometimes we get Roos cruising through our bush as the neighbourhood like to feed them. The property is the first right just off the Bussellton Highway, the sound of the highway isn’t as bad as expected, the highway goes through a man made valley/gully and we are on a hill. There are no facilities here, campers need to be self sufficient. Strictly no fires. Fire ban is in affect. Please take all rubbish even if there is an accident, respect other people’s privacy try create space for others to come and enjoy the same way you have. If your vehicle fits in the bush we would prefer you to camp there as opposed to the open paddock. With a red cone near the gate please stay to the right STRICTLY NO FIRES OR OPEN FLAMES. Clean up you own rubbish, including toilet paper.

Had an amazing stay! Jodie and her co-workers were very welcoming, helpful. Nothing was too much hassle for them. Directions, check in and instructions for our stay were easy. Highly recommend breakfast at their cafe along with their produce. The horses and dogs very friendly and liked to pay us a visit. Also a special mention to Meg. We will be back!

We loved this farm stay! We enjoyed walking around the farm and how quiet it was, the dogs were super friendly and greeted us upon arrival and we had everything we needed from nice hot showers and toilets as well as a fridge and bbq kitchen area. Would definitely recommend! We will be back!
