This property appears to be a normal house site but opens up to a large beautifully grassed area with large trees and gardens. Perfect for that quite getaway. We are not a caravan park!! We are an alternative to the cramped boxed in conditions you find in caravan parks. Plenty of space, green grass (when we have had rain) peace and quiet.
Large 4800 square metre block. 4 camp sites all dog friendly sites. Gates are locked at night for safety. Great for kids and dogs to ride, run and play. We have a host dog Milo who loves pats and crashing under vans. You will see pictures of him on our website, He is very friendly and quiet. He does have the roam of the place. If you're not a dog person you may need to reconsider your booking.
- Water and power available on request. Small fees apply. Unfortunately, we had to start charging due to excess use by some campers
- Large campfire weather permitting, great for drinks and conversations. We encourage all campers to join in when the fires roaring, We supply some wood always good to bring a bit to keep the fire going. Fire restrictions govern use.
- Plenty of off-street parking We encourage campers to park in the property common sense driving with kids and animals around Its ok to have friends over see camp rules
- Close to supermarkets and shops. 5 minutes from town center by car, 25mins to Bellarine coastal beaches, 30mins to start of great ocean road, 1 hour to Lorne.
- Has a pool (strict safety conditions apply to use) Not open all year. Check when booking pool
- Short drive to Geelong Beach front, shops and bars

Our empty and unused dairy has space available out the front for up to 3, fully self contained vans (no tents)
Located on the edge of the picturesque town of Buln Buln postcode 3821 (not Moe) take in views of rolling green hills and heritage listed oak trees while the gentle cattle and sheep graze nearby paddocks.
We have access to power and river water on all three sites (not suitable for drinking) but no toilet so your vehicle must be fully self contained.
One site is a drive through concrete slab, the other two are grassed sites. The grassed sites are next to each other and the slab site is on the opposite site of the driveway.
There is a free public dump point available at Neerim South (a 10 minute drive north)
10 minutes drive to the larger township of Warragul.
Firewood and eggs from our happy free range hens can be provided for an additional fee. Please only use the provided fire pits and no fires are allowed on total fire ban days.
There is no access to the main house or paddocks unless accompanied by the property host.
There is some traffic noise during the day but the nights are peaceful.
Dogs are welcome but please ensure that they remain on leads at all times.
Each site is limited to one vehicle and van or single campervan. Should you have a larger group and want to bring additional vehicles please book an additional site.

We had a fantastic stay at The Old Dairy. The views are beautiful, the farm animals are so cute, and the whole place has such a peaceful feel. Jarod and Linda were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back!

10/10 host, Jarrod and his family were extremely welcoming with lots of local knowledge and day trip recommendations. Friendly cattle and sheep were welcoming. The site was clean, power and water at each site. Conveniently located to explore nearby Warragul and surrounding area. Overall fantastic stay, already planning our next visit.

We all loved our stay at Steves place! Relaxingly quiet and private our elderly pooch really loved some space to stretch her legs. Steve and his dog Milo are wonderful hosts, always obliging while sharing some great stories, he is always on for a friendly chat. His place is quiet, clean and well looked after. It was a privilege and a welcome recharge from caravan parks. Thanks Steve and Milo we will definitely look you up again in the future!

He even let me leave some gear at his whilst I transferred from one vehicle to another , an absolute life saver!
And super dog friendly which is a huge bonus in Geelong area . Limited pet friendly caravan parks available especially in peak season
Also provides power and water .
The location is awesome for getting around Geelong and to explore the peninsula and Great ocean road.
