Our property, "Seven Hills Tallarook", sits high above Tallarook with deep valleys and high peaks, just over one hour North of Melbourne's CBD. The property is 600 acres of thick Victorian bush and farmed paddocks.
We have a wide range of hobby farm animals - pigs, sheep, alpacas, chickens, ponies, a donkey, along with commercial heard of South African Boer Goats. As night falls, the wildlife come out to play - kangaroos, rabbits, deer and wallabies.
Internally, we have in excess of 10 kilometers of roads within the property, the majority being 2WD accessible (weather conditions apply). There are parts of the property which are only 4WD accessible.
Our campsites are placed to allow you to be as isolated as possible - away from other campers (you may see others as you drive past, or they drive past you). At some of our bush sites, you will be able to see other campers, but they are not close by.
Additionally, we anticipate our Fire Danger Period for the 2025/2026 Summer Season will commence in the coming weeks. We have not toggled the Fire Ban on as we do still allow campfires, however campers MUST adhere to CFA guidelines at all times. On days of Total Fire Ban (TFB), no fires, including gas stoves can be lit outdoors. In event of the TFB toggle needing to be used on Hipcamp, this will advise all guests booked on that day and to all future guests. We will toggle it off once the TFB is removed. Furthermore, we reserve the right to ask you not to light a fire regardless of TFB status if we feel weather conditions are unsafe, especially the wind element. We cannot plan the weather and the request to not light your campfires will most likely be on the day and we will advise as such. Our interest is with your safety, our neighbors and our property and our family.

The cottage is a converted shed, with three bedrooms, a lovely living area and a cosy closed woodfire. We have a sheltered outdoor area, where you can have a barbeque, or have a small fire in a firedish. The cottage is in the bush, so you can walk out and try to find our resident breeding pair of Lyrebirds, echidnas, wombats, wallabies and kangaroos or the deer that live in our 'back yard'. Or just roam, which shouldn't be too hard on 67 acres .
We are close to massive areas of bush with open trails. Dogs are very welcome- no cats.
As we live in the bush, we do our best to keep everything as 'green' as we can- so please don't use harsh chemicals.
Living in the bush brings with it that you cannot light a fire in fire danger periods, and, heating on a woodstove, means there is a hot stove in the room. (watch those little fingers...)
Our aim is to give you a place of rest and enjoyment. We love to share our space as we love it here so much- and hope you love it too.
As life is a project - don't expect 10* linen and luxury, state of the art gardens and clipped lawns, but a friendly welcoming atmosphere where you can be yourself and relax.
We love to have visitors, and chat for a bit- or leave you to relax. The cottage is on the edge of the bush, where you are welcome to roam on the tracks or off them- at your own risk :-)
We are both artists, and our studio's are close to the cottage, which might make some noise, but we'll try to keep it at a minimum when guests are here.
The upside is, you could learn something if interested :-) (contact us for workshops)
We have a working hobby farm- with some machinery, animals (pigs, dogs, horses, ducks and chickens).
You can interact with the animals if you talk to us about safety first, but the horse paddock is out of bounds. ( they can behave unpredictable, are very large (!) and very valuable)
Our dogs are very friendly and will most probably visit you. Our puppy still has lots to learn :-)
Our property is stock- fenced, our animals will stay in, but dogs are able to roam if they are not staying with you.
There is no secure yard to leave your dog during the day, you are expected to be in control of your dogs at all times. If they are ok with horses, chooks and dogs, and under voice command, they can be off leash.
Dogs are not to sleep on the beds.
We are a rural property with animals, and there are dams on the property, (not close to the cottage) so please keep an eye on children - we cannot take responsibility for your persons or animals.
Living on a farm means that not everything is neat, safe, flat or person-proof. Often there is actual work being done involving machinery. Coming here is entirely at your own risk. (sorry for all the disclaimers...)
But- of course- if there is anything we can do to make your visit more pleasurable, we will do our best to do so!

We have an abundance of Wildlife on our property including kookaburras, Wallabies and wombats just to name a few. Our residents are sheep, cows and horses.
Your accomodation is nice and private as our house is down the bottom of our property but only a txt away if you're needing anything or have any questions.
The old school portable sleeps 7 people. There is also room for larger groups if people are wanting to setup camp, there's a camp area with crushed rock ground and a firepit with a beautiful view of the forest.
We can also accomodate for big groups and the parking area can fit camper vans and caravans with electrical hookups.
Enjoy our beautiful sunsets and starry nights. Unwind by the camp fire (limited firewood provided) and soak in the serenity.

Jindivick is a quiet scenic country town. Local townships include Neerim south and Drouin for your necessities.

Our property, "Seven Hills Tallarook", sits high above Tallarook with deep valleys and high peaks, just over one hour North of Melbourne's CBD. The property is 600 acres of thick Victorian bush and farmed paddocks.
We have a wide range of hobby farm animals - pigs, sheep, alpacas, chickens, ponies, a donkey, along with commercial heard of South African Boer Goats. As night falls, the wildlife come out to play - kangaroos, rabbits, deer and wallabies.
Internally, we have in excess of 10 kilometers of roads within the property, the majority being 2WD accessible (weather conditions apply). There are parts of the property which are only 4WD accessible.
Our campsites are placed to allow you to be as isolated as possible - away from other campers (you may see others as you drive past, or they drive past you). At some of our bush sites, you will be able to see other campers, but they are not close by.
Additionally, we anticipate our Fire Danger Period for the 2025/2026 Summer Season will commence in the coming weeks. We have not toggled the Fire Ban on as we do still allow campfires, however campers MUST adhere to CFA guidelines at all times. On days of Total Fire Ban (TFB), no fires, including gas stoves can be lit outdoors. In event of the TFB toggle needing to be used on Hipcamp, this will advise all guests booked on that day and to all future guests. We will toggle it off once the TFB is removed. Furthermore, we reserve the right to ask you not to light a fire regardless of TFB status if we feel weather conditions are unsafe, especially the wind element. We cannot plan the weather and the request to not light your campfires will most likely be on the day and we will advise as such. Our interest is with your safety, our neighbors and our property and our family.

The cottage is a converted shed, with three bedrooms, a lovely living area and a cosy closed woodfire. We have a sheltered outdoor area, where you can have a barbeque, or have a small fire in a firedish. The cottage is in the bush, so you can walk out and try to find our resident breeding pair of Lyrebirds, echidnas, wombats, wallabies and kangaroos or the deer that live in our 'back yard'. Or just roam, which shouldn't be too hard on 67 acres .
We are close to massive areas of bush with open trails. Dogs are very welcome- no cats.
As we live in the bush, we do our best to keep everything as 'green' as we can- so please don't use harsh chemicals.
Living in the bush brings with it that you cannot light a fire in fire danger periods, and, heating on a woodstove, means there is a hot stove in the room. (watch those little fingers...)
Our aim is to give you a place of rest and enjoyment. We love to share our space as we love it here so much- and hope you love it too.
As life is a project - don't expect 10* linen and luxury, state of the art gardens and clipped lawns, but a friendly welcoming atmosphere where you can be yourself and relax.
We love to have visitors, and chat for a bit- or leave you to relax. The cottage is on the edge of the bush, where you are welcome to roam on the tracks or off them- at your own risk :-)
We are both artists, and our studio's are close to the cottage, which might make some noise, but we'll try to keep it at a minimum when guests are here.
The upside is, you could learn something if interested :-) (contact us for workshops)
We have a working hobby farm- with some machinery, animals (pigs, dogs, horses, ducks and chickens).
You can interact with the animals if you talk to us about safety first, but the horse paddock is out of bounds. ( they can behave unpredictable, are very large (!) and very valuable)
Our dogs are very friendly and will most probably visit you. Our puppy still has lots to learn :-)
Our property is stock- fenced, our animals will stay in, but dogs are able to roam if they are not staying with you.
There is no secure yard to leave your dog during the day, you are expected to be in control of your dogs at all times. If they are ok with horses, chooks and dogs, and under voice command, they can be off leash.
Dogs are not to sleep on the beds.
We are a rural property with animals, and there are dams on the property, (not close to the cottage) so please keep an eye on children - we cannot take responsibility for your persons or animals.
Living on a farm means that not everything is neat, safe, flat or person-proof. Often there is actual work being done involving machinery. Coming here is entirely at your own risk. (sorry for all the disclaimers...)
But- of course- if there is anything we can do to make your visit more pleasurable, we will do our best to do so!

Bayview Camp is located in the beautiful rolling hills of Jindivick. We are backed onto the Bunyip state forest and have direct access to many trails. At Bayview Camp you get the camping experience but have the creature comforts.
Accomodation is school portable which is placed on the top of our property, Bayview Camp is also run as a business called Bayview Camp'n Horse Trails for horse enthusiasts, we have horse riding trails and horses facilities, access behind our stables.
Great for hiking enthusiasts, some great trails including Labertouche Caves and Nangara Reserve. Trails can be found on the All Trails App.
We have an abundance of Wildlife on our property including kookaburras, Wallabies and wombats just to name a few. Our residents are sheep, cows and horses.
Your accomodation is nice and private as our house is down the bottom of our property but only a txt away if you're needing anything or have any questions.
The old school portable sleeps 7 people. There is also room for larger groups if people are wanting to setup camp, there's a camp area with crushed rock ground and a firepit with a beautiful view of the forest.
We can also accomodate for big groups and the parking area can fit camper vans and caravans with electrical hookups.
Enjoy our beautiful sunsets and starry nights. Unwind by the camp fire (limited firewood provided) and soak in the serenity.

Jindivick is a quiet scenic country town. Local townships include Neerim south and Drouin for your necessities.
Things to Explore near by include:
-Nangara Reserve (access from property)
-Labertouche Caves (access from the property, walk to get there through the forest)

On your stay you'll have the place to yourself and won't be bothered by other campers.
Dogs are welcome as long as they are on leash and are not to go into the paddocks where our farm animals are.
Please bring drinking water as the tap water isn't filtered and Bedding (sheets provided)

Weekend Trip to Mountain Flower Farm
Loved the camper trailer and the property. The host is a legend, very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Already recommended this stay to all of my friends. The trailer is very clean, well equipped and cozy. The nearby area offers many lovely nature walks and hikes.

This was our first campervan stay, and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable everything was. Feeding the sheep was a lovely bonus for our family. The night sky was full of stars, and the complete silence made it a very special experience.

3 nights at Mountain Flower Farm
A group of us stayed at the Cozy Pozy Caravan and Site 2 of Tamara's farm for 3 nights over the new year. We had a great time and Tamara was a fantastic host! Site 2 has a bit of a slope, but there were enough flat areas to comfortably set up 2 tents, a gazebo, and a campervan (with levelling ramps). The camping area is open, but surrounded by beautiful trees with heaps of birdlife. Also friendly goats and sheep that were super cute! Would recommend staying here, and hope to come back!

Tamara's hospitality and van both were amazing. Unfortunately, we had to cut short our trip as it was too hot when we were there and due to it being holiday season majority of the places were closed. But Kinglake is pretty and the Tamara's place is pretty. Our son had a great time with Goats and Sheep.
It is great for couples but maybe a bit challenging with small kids.

Fantastic facility at Glen Cromie, the sites are spacious, River is flowing adjacent to site which adds several options for activities for kids. The onsite van was well maintained and fully equipped. Staff ata reception/cafe was lovely and looked after everyone.

Great cozy little spot for us fair weather campers. It was a perfect spot for my two city kids, 3 & 9 yrs old. A simplistic night away. All cooking utilities supplied. Just take your bedding. Easy!
The kids loved feeding the goats and lighting the small camp fire.
Literally a 2 minute drive to Kinglake servo for some basic supplies.

Group trip
Brilliant place to stay and it exceeded all of our expectations. The place provides a beautiful sunset over the rolling hills, plus caters for those that want to camp or stay on a bed, with toilets and a shower. I genuinely don't do reviews that often, but this place was terrific.

My partner and I stayed in the “Cozy Pozy Van” - it was clean and pretty much fully equipped. We enjoyed exploring the farm, feeding the goats, and we even picked our own flowers to take home!

I had such an amazing getaway at this beautiful farm. The host and her mum were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home and their hospitality was truly exceptional. The van itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The views were absolutely stunning, and spending the evenings by the fireplace under the stars was pure magic. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and nature. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable escape! 🌿✨

Fantastic hosts and beautiful property. We had such a great time building fires, cooking and watching out for the abundant wildlife, which included wombats, goats, kangaroos, sheep and a lovely cow who came down to the fence every morning. Highly recommend!

Weekend Trip to Mountain Flower Farm
We had a lovely weekend away at the Cozy Pozy! We stayed two nights but wish we had stayed longer. The van was perfect for two people and there were so many little conveniences in the van to make us feel right at home.
The farm and the views were wonderful as well. We saw Rosellas, black cockatoos and gang-gang cockatoos flying over the farm daily, and were greeted by a pair of baby goats running towards us one morning which was beautiful. The farm is close to town so we enjoyed a couple of outings to the local pub for lunch and some games of pool, as well as a trip to St Andrew’s market which was less than 10 mins away.
Tamara and family were so welcoming and helpful, thank you! We hope to visit again soon :)
