We are an alternative to the cramped boxed in conditions you find in caravan parks. Plenty of space, green grass (when we have had rain) peace and quiet. Large 4800 square metre block. 4 camp sites all dog friendly sites. Gates are locked at night for safety. Great for kids and dogs to ride, run and play. We have a host dog Milo who loves pats and crashing under vans. You will see pictures of him on our website, He is very friendly and quiet. He does have the roam of the place. If you're not a dog person you may need to reconsider your booking. - Water and power available on request. Small fees apply. Unfortunately, we had to start charging due to excess use by some campers - Large campfire weather permitting, great for drinks and conversations. We encourage all campers to join in when the fires roaring, We supply some wood always good to bring a bit to keep the fire going. Fire restrictions govern use. - Plenty of off-street parking We encourage campers to park in the property common sense driving with kids and animals around Its ok to have friends over see camp rules - Close to supermarkets and shops. 5 minutes from town center by car, 25mins to Bellarine coastal beaches, 30mins to start of great ocean road, 1 hour to Lorne. - Has a pool (strict safety conditions apply to use) Not open all year. Check when booking pool - Short drive to Geelong Beach front, shops and bars 20 minutes from Bellarine Coast wineries - 10 minutes to adventure park, fabulous water park attraction, loads of rides and activities. Perfect for those hot days. Great fun for the kids. - Perfect for Spirt of Tasmania travelers, only a short 20min trip to the dock.
