We are a working olive farm situated on the edge of the Otway Ranges, between Deans Marsh and Birregurra, 25 minutes to Lorne and the Great Ocean Road, and only a few kilometers from the famous Brae Restaurant.
We are in a beautiful part of the world, so please remember and take all your rubbish with you when you leave.
Dogs are welcome, but please be aware that we are full of kangaroos, sheep, and other wildlife, so they may need to be placed on a leash for the safety of fellow campers and wildlife.
Fires are permitted in fire pits, and wood is available to purchase on-site. during the cooler months. We have a fragile ecosystem here, so we ask not to bring in wood and to purchase it off the farm.
Olive oil is available, and table olives harvested this year are in brine, ready to jar up. The table olives we have are Kalamata, Spanish Queens, and Jumbo Kalamata.

The deck overlooks a large backyard that extends to the hills and dam. Relax on the refurbished lounge in the Balinese gazebo, where you can watch ducks wander by and listen to native birds nesting in the trees. A fire pit and seating area make for enjoyable nights outdoors when the weather permits. Please note, the fire pit is not available during summer or when fire bans are in place.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house. We provide doonas, pillows, hand towels, and tea towels. Please let us know how many beds you require so we can prepare them accordingly.
We are dog-friendly, and with the fully fenced yard, you can bring your pet along for the holiday! Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your pet.
Forrest has limited food supplies, so we recommend coming prepared. However, you can purchase delicious home-cooked food from the General Store or enjoy a meal at the Brewery (open Thurs-Mon).

Aireys inlet is a unique tiny town with so much to do. The local beach is iconic for surfing and swimming, the local creek is a favourite at the inlet for young kids to swim or for canoeists to have somewhere quiet to paddle. Mountain biking is a must in the area, with thousands of tracks available right outside the back door.
If you have your own horse you can bring it along on holiday with you, we have paddocks available and there are so many gorgeous tracks around to ride on and beach riding at low tide and the right times is a bucket list item!
The location itself is 17 acres and is next to the Painkallac creek in a peaceful bush setting. This location used to be a horse riding school which is now not running but has been converted to offer camping, caravan and RV parking. It’s only 1.5 km from the beach and the Otway national park is right on your doorstep. If you have bikes, horses or love to hike or run, or just laze on the beach, it’s a perfect location, be ready to be spoilt as there are so many tracks on offer in our stunning local beach and bush land.
The local town of aireys inlet has plenty to offer, a general store for all your essentials, loads of places to eat out for breakfast, lunch or dinner and only 1 3/4hrs from Melbourne.
No need to stress if you don’t want to be near anyone else, this is a small setting so it’s very private and its only got one space to rent so that you have peace and quiet. If you do have friends and want to book a double space please just message me and I can open up another space for you.
I also have an option to add a pottery class for you, the cost is $50 a person for a two hour session.

We rescue, rehabilitate and release wildlife and there are released kangaroos pottering around, so dogs are welcome but must be under control.
We are a sanctuary for all. No hunting parties.

Aireys inlet is a unique tiny town with so much to do. The local beach is iconic for surfing and swimming, the local creek is a favourite at the inlet for young kids to swim or for canoeists to have somewhere quiet to paddle. Mountain biking is a must in the area, with thousands of tracks available right outside the back door.
If you have your own horse you can bring it along on holiday with you, we have paddocks available and there are so many gorgeous tracks around to ride on and beach riding at low tide and the right times is a bucket list item!
The location itself is 17 acres and is next to the Painkallac creek in a peaceful bush setting. This location used to be a horse riding school which is now not running but has been converted to offer camping, caravan and RV parking. It’s only 1.5 km from the beach and the Otway national park is right on your doorstep. If you have bikes, horses or love to hike or run, or just laze on the beach, it’s a perfect location, be ready to be spoilt as there are so many tracks on offer in our stunning local beach and bush land.
The local town of aireys inlet has plenty to offer, a general store for all your essentials, loads of places to eat out for breakfast, lunch or dinner and only 1 3/4hrs from Melbourne.
No need to stress if you don’t want to be near anyone else, this is a small setting so it’s very private and its only got one space to rent so that you have peace and quiet. If you do have friends and want to book a double space please just message me and I can open up another space for you.
I also have an option to add a pottery class for you, the cost is $50 a person for a two hour session.

There are currently 2 very curious and friendly dairy cows in the paddock where they are living their best life with treats and no demands on them except to allow pats occasionally!
We rescue, rehabilitate and release wildlife and there are released kangaroos pottering around, so dogs are welcome but must be under control.
We are a sanctuary for all. No hunting parties.

I had never stayed with a Hipcamp host before. Troy and his setup was fantastic !
Gave us directions upon arrival to many sites available . Then we could drive around to choose the best one suitable.
The sight is well marked and easy to find a spot. All had portable toilets nearby.
It has a dam for swimming with canoes that flows down like a creek to many sites . The shade of the trees was a welcoming relief.
Leaving early we watched kangaroos hop through the olive plantation , just a great spot !!
I will definitely visit again.

We had a lovely experience at Featherleaf when we arrived Megan greeted us and showed us to our space in the paddock and handed us some information regarding property rules and some local information. The space was mowed and very clean and tidy. The kids loved interacting with the two friendly pet cows. Once you have setup camp a temporary fence goes around your camp to keep it safe from the cows scratching on your car and van. The outlook of property is so Peaceful it was lovely to come home to after the hustle and bustle of visiting Great ocean road. We have a Land Cruiser and 16ft caravan and got in ok with a bit of room to move however, With a larger van setup it might be a bit of a tight squeeze between the two sheds when gaining entry into the paddock. It was a wonderful stay and we will be recommending to anyone who is going down that way to stay. Will definitely be back

The property was divine, filled with birdcall, surrounded by rolling hills and kangaroos. We had site 4, which was near the road and front gate, but I think about three cars went by in the three days we were there. Site 4 is also on a considerable slope so consider that if it would be an issue for you. We went for a walk and the other sites looked level and very private.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay here and our two little dogs also thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks so much to the friendly and responsive host, Peggy-Lee.
