There is a lovely walking track around the dams periphery. Feed fish from the edge, spot platypus frolicking about, and keep your eye out for Peacocks wandering the property too. Whilst you are welcome to bring your dog with you, please ensure they don't harass the wildlife.

There's an orchard, hothouse and a Raspberry patch which may be my favourite spot when they're fruiting.
It really is an amazing lifestyle, peaceful, relaxing and rewarding.

It's a little like McDonald's Farm, an array of birds and animals.
There's an orchard, hothouse and a Raspberry patch which may be my favourite spot when they're fruiting.
It really is an amazing lifestyle, peaceful, relaxing and rewarding.

Ladybug camping, hands down our MOST favourite place to camp. What Peter & Kim have done is second to none. An absolutely beautiful piece of paradise. Huge private sites with festoon lighting, waterfalls and swimming holes so perfect you forget that you are still so close to home and not a million miles away from everyday life. Wildlife, forest, ferns, and falls, peaceful, private, serene, there really is no perfect word to explain the natural beauty that is Ladybug Camping. There is only one downside.....going home. I would be happy to stay there forever. Thank you so much Peter and Kim for all your hard work, and for giving us the privilege of sharing your piece of Tasmanian paradise.

I stayed at Campsite 3 and it was absolutely stunning!!
perfectly positioned close to the top waterfall. Falling asleep to the sound of running water and waking up surrounded by nature was something special.
The site felt very private and peaceful, with plenty of space and a great setup. The whole property is incredibly well cared for and has a calm, secluded feel while still being easy to access. It honestly felt more like a hidden bush retreat than a campground.
Peter and Kim have created something really special here. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, scenic escape in Tasmania. I’d definitely come back.

Beautiful campsite with well kept amenities. A very special luxury. It was very busy when we were there (start of Jan) which is probably expected for the holidays. We arrived just after check-in and found a nice spot, but most were already taken, likely by those who had stayed the night before as well. Lots of cars accompanied the campers which made it seem even busier.
