We have a workshop if u need some help with repairs on the road, large gravel car park for bigger set ups (we hace a 26 tonne horse truck so we can accomodate you longer rigs!), also have onsite BNB if ur wanting a bed and a hot shower!

Guests are welcome to park during the week in the cellar door carpark or on the South side of the cellar door. On weekends we have a grassed strip, 8 metres wide, between a vineyard block and a windbreak. Which overlooks the valley behind and distant hills to the front. Being self contained is essential. Our toilets are only accessible when the cellar door is open. On weekends guests are welcome to come for dinner on Friday or for lunch on Saturday or Sunday, and then stay overnight, so they can enjoy a few drinks without worrying about driving home!

1) Please note our base price of $40 per night is based on two people per night, even if there is only one guest staying. It is an extra $20 per person per night for any additional adult guests or $15 per child per night.
2) We only book one group at a time at the site so if you book you'll have the whole area to yourself.
3) There are no toilet/shower facilities available so please be self sufficient. If you are staying longer than one night you need to bring your own portable chemical toilet please, as per Hipcamp’s rules.
4) There are sheep, cows and alpacas living on the site at the moment. Please don't feed them and please note we are not a petting zoo, the animals are livestock.
5)No guns or shooting are allowed on the property.

Tanah Merdeka is a 184 acre cattle farm currently stocked with Black Baldies, Speckle Park, Angus and Hereford.
The creek line paddocks are dedicated to Hipcampers, so you can be assured your campsite won't be interrupted by curious cows during your stay. We can't say the same for the wild kangaroos that call Tanah Merdeka home though.
Please be respectful of the working nature of the property and shut any gates you go through except for the automatic gates. Please respect our privacy and don't venture up the driveway towards the house.
You are welcome to walk through and explore the paddocks containing the creek line. Do not drive across the creek - walking and bicycles only.
Please do not feed the wildlife or the cattle and practice leave no trace camping. For stays longer than one night campers must bring a portable chemical toilet. Use only the firepit provided and comply with current fire danger restrictions. Some firewood may be available next to the firepit but please bring your own firewood if intending to have a fire as this can't be guaranteed.
Dogs are allowed off lead within the fenced camping paddock but be aware of grass seeds.

Our property is located in the rocky outcrops of the Bremer
Ranges and is
on the Bremer River in Rockleigh.
This site was once a overnight yard for the sheep farmers who were passing through the area.
We have three separate locations for campers to choose from. The Gums-
surrounded by small gum trees right near the Bremer River. The Carob- this site is situated
further back from the river and is surrounded by mulberry trees. Lastly we have The Sticks- this site is behind the scrubby bushed and
requires tight access and is more suited to tents and swags.
The decent into camp is quite narrow and steep so please drive carefully.
We are 45 minute drive
from the Lavender Federation Trail which is a popular walking track in the region.
We are only 30 minutes drive from
Monarto Conservation Park
which is a popular spot for walking trails and picnics. Monarto is also home to a Safari Park which is the largest Safari Park in Australia and home to lots of interesting animals.
We have 2 toilets available but please BYO toilet paper. Sorry, no pets. Please note that Pymbroke is in the Murraylands zone & fire danger season starts early. 1st November 2025.

Obviously vehicles lengths vary. Vans larger than 18ft will need experienced drivers who have towed in tighter locations and know how the wheels track behind the tow vehicle. Larger vans will need to take care. Under 18ft vans will easily fit, but care also needed.

Set in a gully with a winter creek (Willow Creek) running through (dry in warmer months). Conveniently located within walking distance to the main street of Clarendon - five minutes to the Bakery and 10 minutes to the Royal Oak Hotel and General Store!
The property offers the best views of Clarendon via a short walk to the top paddock. There is a limit of 2 private, protected campsites near the creek, each well-maintained and level, with scattered gum trees that provide lovely shade in the morning and afternoon.
Camp Toondilla is set up for self-contained campers who bring their own camp toilet and take all waste with them when they go. Well-behaved pets are welcome.
Plenty of options in the area to keep the outdoor enthusiast busy, including: nearby wineries (some dog friendly), beaches (Moana and Aldinga/Silver Sands can be driven on), reservoirs (Mt Bold - hiking and views) and (Happy Valley - hiking, running, kayaking, fishing), Onkaparinga National Park and Scott Creek Conservation Park, ForestrySA land (including TreeClimb, Bone Gully MTB and parkrun on Saturdays at The Avenues - Kuitpo (Your host is the Event Director).
Bakery, General Store, Clarendon Bowling Club, Riverbend Reserve, Op-shop and Emprades (antiques shop) and Royal Oak Hotel all in the mainstreet of town. Along with historical buildings, you can relax in the local town or venture further.

We had a great time out on this property. Such a beautiful location, wild life was awesome and the views incredible.
Rob popped down to say Gday with his dog too which was nice.

We absolutely loved our stay here, would highly recommend, was very private. A beautiful serine spot, was lovely hearing the sheep we even saw some kangaroos, also was not very far from Adelaide so is perfect for a quick getaway. Had an amazing campfire. Will definently be back. The host Andrew was very welcoming.

A gorgeous, flat grassy ground with the creeks running water and birds calling to listen to. Toilets are a ling drop but compostablez so not smelly, and in pretty clean condition. However would recommend your own toilet paper as not much available if a few people were to have been there (1 roll spare and 6 people camping). The kayak on the river is also missing the silicone plug so it actually sinks! Would've been a hit otherwise. Regardless, we loved the property and I think Steve has done a great job providing basic amenities and knick knacks. There's an option to purchase firewood, meat and hold baby lambs in the springtime - have already recommended to 4 friends who loved the view through the social media lens.

Such a relaxing private property. Jarrad was so welcoming. Great fire area. Sheep grazing on other side of fence. Our dogs could roam freely which they enjoyed. Will definitely return. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your property and amazing sunrise and sunsets.

Excellent near city location in a pretty little town. A perfect weekend getaway with friends when you are not wanting crowds of people about. Plenty of space and close to nature with koalas in the trees above. Fire pits provided. Steven was a very welcoming host. Would highly recommend.

Had a lovely 2 night get away this weekend. Glad we chose site 3 as its a bit more secluded from the other two - much smaller but was everything the two of us needed. The hill to the toilet seems large first thing in the morning but seems to decrease in size as the day goes on! Lovely creek with flowing water and green fields - couldn't ask for anything more!
