Weekend Trip to Hope Valley

Our family had such a wonderful weekend away at Anita’s beautiful property. It was so peaceful, we explored the area on foot, along the creek and also in our 4WD up to a lookout high on the ridge. The horses visited us at our cabin several times, which was a highlight. The cabin was so private we felt like we had the property to ourselves. Definitely need a 4WD! And the drive to Anita’s property is so beautiful too.

My wife and I had such a nice time on the farm. We both loved the cabin and how you could get up and close with all the animals. It was a nice touch having the door next to the kitchen set up where you could pat and brush the cows and goats right there! We also were given a jar of chicken feed and some hay for the animals so we could feed them when we wanted - and they were all so used to humans. Honestly the nicest cabin we have ever stayed in. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable and cosy. Plenty of open space outside and great big firepit which we enjoyed. Cleanest composting toilet i have seen so far, can't say I'm much of a fan of them due to bad experiences but this one was very clean and well maintained. The property is beautiful and we had a great time exploring and hiking up to the Ridge, what a view! We had such a wonderful trip and will definitely be back again and again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabins were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of room around them for our caravan and campervans. The fire pit is surrounded by a concrete slab, which was great. It's a lovely property, which is within easy reach of lots of great parts of the region. We hope to be back for a summer trip to enjoy a sit in the creek!

The property is absolutely beautiful and peaceful so many gorgeous birds and the view of the stars is divine. We stayed in the converted shed which was fantastic (and super clean and tidy!) however great amenities available for campers too! The lovely caretakers Tony and Carole was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This property would be ideal for a celebration due to the huge shed and stage setup - very cool!

2 nights at Maison de lavande Farmstay

We absolutely love staying at the little cabin on Sasha's property. It was awesome getting greeted by the cows, goats, and chickens each morning. There were baby ducks and chicks. Sitting by the fire and just chilling out was just what we needed. We loved it!! Thanks, Sasha.
