From the very first interaction, Kathryn and Phil set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Their warm and thoughtful communication included a delightful surprise: they asked for my preferred type of bread. What arrived was the best gluten-free bread I have ever tasted—fresh, flavourful, and clearly made with care. The site itself was pure magic. I stayed during the night of the last full moon of 2025, and the peacefulness of the surroundings was almost otherworldly. The clawfoot bathtub under the stars was a highlight—soaking in warm water while gazing at the moonlit sky felt like a dream come true. To top it all off, I enjoyed my first viewing of Love Actually for 2025 on a big screen set up in the bush. Watching a classic film in such a unique setting added a cozy, cinematic touch to an already enchanting evening. Mystic Adventures is more than a campsite—it’s an experience crafted with heart and attention to detail. My partner and I needed somewhere special and quiet to reconnect away from the hustle and bustle of city life… and this place more than delivered! Every little detail has been thought of for an exceptional level of comfort but it still feels like a true bush camping experience. The waterfall at the front of your bed each morning, the bathtubs for bubble baths under the stars, and the level of care, cleanliness and pride that goes into it is a credit to them. Will definitely be back to enjoy again 🫶

Bev and Ian were perfect hosts. They have thought of absolutely everything - right down to the hamper of luxuries and great quality bath products. Everything is provided - just bring food and drinks. For those who want to camp with luxury this is fantastic. Baths under the stars are a highlight and the tent is superb. Ian's lanscaping and waterfalls are fantastic and Bev's touches are apparent throughout. Well worth the money for the solitude. five stars.

Beautiful little cabin tucked away amongst the trees, fully set up so you don’t need to leave. Kathryn and Phillip were so accomodating and really made the stay as easy and pleasant as possible. They made fresh bread for arrival and brought up water, ice and firewood when we ran low free of charge! They have built a beautiful fairy garden and look out point at the back which was lovely for a walk through. They really have put in a big effort with it! Outdoor bath was super lovely too by the fire. Highly recommend the property for all the amenities and what it offers and for how lovely Kathryn and Phillip are!

Booked a one night stay here for my girlfriend and I’s 1 year anniversary. I got to say it was absolutely perfect. The owner Bev was incredibly kind, I had contacted her prior to the stay to set up an anniversary surprise and she nailed it. Had the most beautiful flowers on the bed along with rose petals set up in a heart, chocolates, face masks, candles for the baths, and that’s not even half of it. Not to mention the campsite was beautiful had plenty privacy, would 1000% recommend to stay here and we will definitely be returning again.

Me and my partner stayed here and we have to say it was the most beautiful & tranquil stay we have had so far in Australia. Bev & Ian were so lovely, helpful and attentive. The photos really do not do it justice. From the little welcome hamper, to the outside bathtubs looking at the stary sky it was absolutely incredible. Bev & Ian provided everything you could need to make this truly the most beautiful little stay. We would definitely recommend booking & will hopefully return!!

You NEED to experience this place. What a most magical weekend away we had. The outdoor claw foot bath was AMAZING, it was so lovely to soak your stress away while watching the breeze in the trees! Kathryn & Phil have thought of everything you could possible imagine! The attention to detail and all the creature comforts are second to none. We enjoyed drinks by the fire at night and what a pleasure it was to have a beautiful hot shower off grid! The fairy garden is something to be experienced, so much love has gone into this magical space. Sitting having a drink at Lovers Lane is a must do as well. The bed is super comfortable too. Honestly when they say they have everything, they mean it, just pack your clothes, drinks and food everything else (even freshly baked bread & firewood) will be there waiting for you. We will 100% be back, cant rave about this spot enough! Even the possum came to say hello! Do yourself a favour and book this now, you won't regret it for a second.

Well, where do I start! The effort that was put into creating this absolute, little slice of paradise became evident on arrival. The pictures are amazing and they don't do it justice! Weekend Trip to Turkey's Nest Rainforest Cottages

What a beautiful slice of paradise. This cottage is completely private and very quiet. If you are looking to get away from it all this is your place. The cottage has such charm and character and it was so lovely reading the story of the cottage history and all the environmental considerations both when building the cottage and ongoing. We had some lovely feathered and furry visitors which added to the charm and the provided bird seed for the cockatoos was a great touch. We had a very comfortable relaxing stay and will definately be back.

Weekend Trip to Mystic Adventures

Kathryn and Phil are just delightful hosts We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, relaxing and also made sure our pooch was comfortable and happy as well. The space has everything you need. Games inside to keep entertained. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. Little touches like having the fire pit loaded with fire wood, to fresh baked bread, blankets, Cushions outside. Everything to make our stay easy and straight forward. The fairy garden is the sweetest thing ever, a child dream. Lots of pockets to sit and relax in nature. So much love has been poured into this little tiny home and its surrounds. We found it hard to leave we were so content and relaxed. Would highly recommend.

Great spot with lots of privacy. The cabin and toilet were well kept and owner was friendly. Campsite was tidy and spacious.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway. Had all the amenities required are the views were amazing from the top of the campsite. Dave was helpful in assisting our needs. 10/10
