Lalapanzi Heights is a secluded semi-developed exclusive campsite about 400m away from the dwellings and a base for bush hiking, exploration, bird watching or just relaxing. Your bookings are exclusive, so once you have booked, the other sites are blocked off. 2WD accessible to parking area. 4X4 access to camp site in dry conditions at drivers own risk. My wife and I had such a nice time on the farm. We both loved the cabin and how you could get up and close with all the animals. It was a nice touch having the door next to the kitchen set up where you could pat and brush the cows and goats right there! We also were given a jar of chicken feed and some hay for the animals so we could feed them when we wanted - and they were all so used to humans. Rustic camping at its finest ! Myself and my 3 boys had a blast at the shack. The place has everything you need to enjoy a good cook up over the fire pit. Billy coffee followed by baked bean jaffles. Very clean and no insects whatsoever. Denis even arranged a tour of the Cotton Ginery that was very interesting and to top it of a ride in the tractor. Rose was a great host and her chickens may now have anxiety after my boys chasing them. Such a great stay and both Rose and Denis are of the kindest of people. We will be back.
