What a gorgeous, well located little park. Great hosts with an awesome coffee shop. Directly across the road from the best dog beach I've seen. Nice, clean facilities, lovely magnesium swimming pool and well fit out camp kitchen. Nothing bad to say about it, highly recommend.

My stay at Rose Bay Caravan Park was thoroughly enjoyable. Although the park is small, it's recently been taken over by friendly and helpful hosts who are in the process of revitalizing it. The park's location is ideal, with the beautiful scenic walks close by and a fabulous cafe. Additionally, the facilities are good and guests can cool off in the magnesium pool.

We recently stayed at this caravan park for our very first caravaning trip, and it couldn’t have been a better introduction! The owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made us feel right at home from the start. The amenities were spotless and well-maintained, and the on-site coffee shop was a lovely surprise—great coffee and delicious health food options that we really appreciated. Even though the owners have only recently taken over and are still putting their personal touch on the park, it already has a fantastic atmosphere and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a friendly, clean, and relaxing place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!

This little caravan park was beautiful. The hosts were lovely, and they took the time to explain nearby beaches and walking tracks. Waking up to the sun rising through the palm trees over the ocean was spectacular. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for having us!

The best park on our trip thus far! We were sad to leave this quaint piece of heaven after just a short stay…. Tony and his partner were fantastic hosts that made us feel safe and like family from the start. The cafe they have on the property was the perfect place to start the day and the community barbecue was a fun spot to end the night with neighbors and fellow travelers!

What a wonderful gem of a campsite this is. Excellent amenities and spotless well appointed camp kitchen. Our site was quite a tight squeeze so the boys hooked us up to their bobcat and had us on the site quick smart. Also a big bonus for our puppy was the off leash beach across the road. Will definitely be back. The Wolff coffee was another treat from their coffee shop too.

Lovely area, arrived late and warmly greeted by the host who helped us find our spot for the evening. Woke up to the sound of waves lapping, and we were able to even take a 30 second walk across the street and put our feet in the sand. Amenities were clean, and functional. Great place to lay your head down when in Bowen. (Looks like they’re building a little cafe too. 😉)
