Located in the beautiful Dundee Beach, just 1.5 hours from Darwin we have an
area that
is suitable for self-contained caravans/motor homes & tents.
There are no amenities and guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower, a
chemical toilet is a must.
Maximum of 3 caravans or camper trailers but only one booking at a time so you will have plenty of space and privacy.
This is a residential house size bush block with neighbours.
Close to the beach where you can enjoy some fishing and beautiful sunsets. We are also 5 minutes from the Dundee boat ramp if you want to experience some offshore fishing.
We have a fire pit available for guests to enjoy in the evenings. Please ensure there are no restrictions in place before lighting a fire. BYO firewood.
Pets welcome!
Children 12 and under are free.

We have a place you can park your tent(take some tarps in dry season), camper or caravan in the lovely town of Wagait Beach. Power and water is available onsite, and a bathroom with tiolet and cold shower is also available.
5 minute walk to the beach. Also close by is the Cox Country club where you can sit down and have a quiet alcohol beverage or meal(Open Thurs - Sun).
Wagait Beach store is also nearby to buy groceries and takeaway food. Please be advised, the store doesnt sell alcohol at present :(
If you are inclined to cook your own food, three fire pits are available at property.
You can fish at the jetty, off the beach, or in the two creeks close by..or go bush walking and explore.

Perfect place to relax after a fishing trip. Steve has done a great job making his land hospitable, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone staying at Wagait Beach. Steve's communication was also top notch, and I hope to camp at his place again in future.

This camp is beautiful and relaxing. Great place to enjoy the amazing NT sunsets with direct ocean view. Had the best sleeps listening to the ocean.

Camped mid August. Great location. Right on the cliffs. Constant breeze. Enough shade options to move chairs about throughout the day and be comfortable. Easy access to the beach via the cliff top walking track. Quiet and easy camp. There are houses either side, but not too close. Host was responsive and helpful and gate access no problem. Dog had a great time too.

that we have to provide such a positive review that will entice other Hipcampers to stay here - we want it for ourselves! Peaceful, simple with outstanding views, walks and beach/fishing access on your doorstep. Clean, well maintained site with some shade (but great for solar) and a fire pit…all to yourself. We weren’t there 20mins before we had booked another night (good Telstra 4G signal). Outstanding - we will be back again and again!

Awesome little spot for a weekend getaway.
Large area with plenty of room for a group.
We had 7 adults and 3 children and still had plenty of space.
Great little container fire pit area and firewood.
Shower wasn’t the best but understandable due to having to cart water in. We took a rubber tub and boiled water and had tub rinse off and kids could have a tub baths which made up for no hot water.
We all enjoyed our stay, will come back again.

Loved having the firewood ready for us to use. Great site with power, running water, shower and toilets. Well set up and close distance to the beach. Mostly quiet and private. Looks like the fencing is a work in progress which will be good as it'll make the site feel more private. Huge space for kids to run around and explore.

Ticked all our boxes, seems like it's still under construction, so hopefully in the future it will eventually have a hot tub? but would have been nice to have a shower with some pressure and the option for hot water. Other than that great facilities great location. Great communication from the owner Stephen. Definitely looking forward to another stay for a bit longer than two nights.
