Our river access is normally shallow, well-suited to young families or those who just want to lay back and enjoy a refreshing dip. Amazing sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing are provided free of charge along with bird watching, local wildlife, and horses in surrounding paddocks. We offer limited sites to comply with NSW Camping legislation and Hipcamp guidelines and to enable campers to experience the Colo as it should be, listening to the beautiful wildlife and really appreciating the outdoors. Sites are large with varying distance between each to enable you to enjoy the camping experience in your own space. Both paddock sites and limited river spots are available. If planning to stay with friends and you wish to share a site only 1 booking is required, the sites are large, some up to 30m x 30m. IMPORTANT: Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, with conditions, and a $20 fee applies. Please check with Hosts before booking. Once approved, please add the Pets Extra when booking. (Saturday night 2-night minimum) There is no mobile reception or internet access, therefore, providing a true off-grid retreat. Self-sufficient campers are preferred. There are fire drums available on each site, most with grill plates - subject to RFS bush fire danger ratings on the day. There are three communal flushing toilets and two awesome hot water showers! ALL waste is to leave with you! There are local bush walks through National Parks and great places for mountain bike riding although be mindful of holiday traffic in peak times on our local dirt roads. The local shop, Colo Riverside is open 4 days a week Thurs-Sun, just 10kms up the road providing last-minute supplies, ice, bottle shop, and cafe services. Bathroom, small kitchen and sink, microwave, kettle and toaster and fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser . Washing machine. Table and eight chairs. Table tennis and small air hockey table. Garbage bin provided and we will dispose of rubbish. Recycle bin red to put in recycle bottles and empty gas cyclinders. Not far from M7 , Historic towns of the Hawkesbury.

We had a great experience camping at DeView. Yara was fantastic. She was very accommodating and lovely person. Campsite was awesome. Kids enjoyed playing with water in the Colo River. I would definitely recommend going there.

We spent one and a half weeks at Yara's place and it has become our favourite camp ground. Beautiful spot, close to the pristine Colo River, spacious but secluded and private. Toilets are well maintained and clean, hot water showers. As for Yara, she was fun, engaging and inspiring to talk with. She meets each newcomer with a smile and advice how to camp and farewells them with a wave of her hand. We highly recommend this place and we'll visit again.

We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay. A beautiful spot by the river that is very well maintained sites and the amenities were spotless and well located. There is also a kiosk on site that sells ice, food and coffee and it is dog friendly . We spent a really lovely couple of days catching up with a mate and are already planning a return visit Highly recommend for a really good fuss free place to camp

We loved our stay at the Coral Tree Cottage. Lisa was super helpful and great with communication. The cottage has been renovated but done so to keep the rustic vibe. The reception isn’t the greatest but was super good to go off grid and recharge from a busy life. Would stay again
