What a lovely camp site and the owners are fabulous. They came down everyday and made sure everything was ok, and if we needed any firewood (only $15 for a huge bag). Lovely creek to sit in to cool down on a hot day. Will be back.

We decided to go to Christmas Creek bush retreat for our very first Caravan trip. My husband and I with our dog absolutely loved it. The sites were spacious with lots of room, not over crowded, and all sites face the beautiful Creek that is full of turtles, and has platypus (we didn't see them). We liked that it was off grid with no water or power as we wanted to try out our van to see how everything worked, and it was great. I would recommend this site if you want some peace and quiet. The whole site is so well maintained by the owners who live close by and it's an easy 40 minute drive from Beaudesert.

Jan was an absolutely exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The property itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and presented with genuine care. But what truly set our stay apart was the level of service Jan provided. She went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only did she make us feel welcome, she made us feel genuinely at home. Her warmth, attentiveness, and generosity were unmatched. One of the standout moments of our stay was the way she embraced our animal-loving daughter’s enthusiasm. Jan took the time to introduce her to her beautiful herd and even made sure she had the opportunity to hand-feed the friendliest of the animals. It was a memory our daughter will treasure forever. Jan's hospitality wasn’t just good, it was exceptional, heartfelt, and unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend her or her stunning property more highly. We left feeling grateful, refreshed, and already eager to return. My husband works remotely but with offices in the area, we will be back for sure and certain.

We had a great time camping at Christmas Creek Bush retreat. Sites are very generous, flat and quiet. Creek was amazing and has some areas to sit in to cool down. Spotted a few fish and turtles enjoying the water as well.

Jan took my husband and I around the grounds and introduced us to her highland cows which I got to feed it was a dream that is now ticked off the list we will definitely be back in February and can’t wait thanks again

There are a range of campsites available from the edge of the forest down to creek front sites (4WD only) and in the Pecan orchard. Please check by prior email during the wet season for specific access requirements. Campfires are permitted in the fire pit provided, pending there are no fire restrictions. We can supply seasoned firewood at competitive rates. Friendly pets are welcome, we also have dogs on the property.

This area is great to watch the sunset over the macadamia orchard or sit by the campfire at night. This campsite is set in a very private location on our 26 acre property. You need to be a self-contained camper with your own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. There is access to a picnic table for meals. We recommend 4WDs to access this campsite, and caravans and camper trailers are ok. If you're unsure about your vehicle please message us. Dogs are welcome and love the open space.

Surrounded by pristine pine trees and natives. We are roughly 15 minutes from all 3 surrounding towns Kyogle, Casino and Lismore. We are also only an hour away from the beach for any day trips planned. Great spot to stop for the night on your trip or stay for a weekend and take in the peace and quiet. We are easy to pull into and can cater for all size vans. Roads are all freshly gravelled and well maintained to cater for 2wd access also. Toilet and Water provided but respect us by taking your own rubbish with you. Beautiful little stream with rapids and rock holes to keep yourself cool in summer. More than welcome to bring hiking shoes, mountain bikes to go explore. As long as you respect the farm rules and if the gate is shut you shut it behind you. No 4wding is permitted on the farm. Animal feeding is an activity we provide with food available to buy for the animals.
