We have lots of native plants on the property and have a spring fed dam on the property which is a beautiful spot to relax at twilight and try to spot the native wildlife. Our horse property is located only 20 minutes from Benalla or 30 minutes from Wangaratta with plenty to do in the surrounding area. From the property there is access to the Silo Art Trail, King Valley, Victorian High Country and a number of Sate Parks full of beautiful walks. Pets are welcome off leash but please be mindful of the horses, cattle and wildlife that are on the property.We have a portable toilet available for your use and fire pits available as well. Fire pit use is pending on fire restrictions.

Beautiful property, immaculately kept. The views over the hills are lovely. Our site had a fire pit looking out on the sunset over the hills. We had sheep in the paddock in front of us and horses in the others. Brenda was lovely and so quick to respond to our queries. This was a great site in a beautiful area.

Molyullah is a delightful little escape away from the city, tucked away in between rolling hills and vineyards. Brenda is a fantastic host, and really easy to communicate with. The facilities were clean, and plenty of easy access to drinking water. Brenda's family gave us the best tips for places to explore around the property and outside. Overall, I highly recommend this for a weekend away with the family.

Mains water is available at the property to top up your Vans or Gerry cans should you need to replenish, so never run out of water 😊 It is surrounded by picturesque green countryside laden with ancient Red Rivergum Trees and billabongs with access to river frontage for fishing and the King River Site and White Cedar sites have a swimming hole for those hot summer days. The Secret Island site does have a swimming spot but not as safe for little ones. The river is ideal for swimming, floating and fishing. The King River Site is an extra large riverside bush campsite that could accommodate a large group of Vans (10 at least). It has a designated fire pit and Campers will need to have own Toilet/Shower amenities and be and leave no trace behind when leaving us. Accessible for most types of vehicles. Dog friendly if well behaved and controlled and won't chase the Cattle. Campfires permitted when restrictions aren't in place, firewood for sale (see Extras). Campsites 2 and 3 are smaller and more suited to one van with 1 - 2 tents (or 4 - 6 people). Ample car parking. Campsites are 110m apart with a light screen of trees in between, no crowds here. Accessed via 3.5km of rough dirt track - not recommended for low vehicles or low towing vans. The track is rough BUT easily driven by all vehicles - just drive slowly. Dogs welcome, firewood is easily gathered by you, and often in piles by your campsite. Campsites are NOT near water. They are near a dry gully, with an **** unfenced dam.**** We have a beautiful swimming hole at the property entrance, in Boggy Creek. Incredible central and private location, set back off the Snow Road in Oxley, Northeast Victoria, boasting natural riverplain terrain with diverse ecology, lagoons and rivers onsite. There is plenty to do in the area from wineries to walking tracks, snow fields to breweries, not to mention renowned Brown Brothers Winery and the Milawa Cheese Factory, just down the road. There are tracks from your campsite that link to the sealed bike path which joins Wangaratta, Oxley and Milawa townships together. Then only a short walk, bike or scooter ride and you are at Miranda Winery, King River Cafe or Oxley Park (with playground and BBQ). There is also a communal swimming hole (King River) at the Stan Allen Reserve just before the Oxley Park. This is particularly great for the campsites that, although are perched on the banks of the King River, don’t have their own designated swimming hole. Also a key feature is, the irrigation during summer months keeping campsites green all year round as well as the natural lagoons to paddle in with the kayak. If you are a keen fisherman, the King River is known for Cod and if you have booked one of the southern most sites you will be able to paddle up the river in a kayak fishing, (kayak not supplied). There are no toilets available onsite and campers must be self-contained keeping in mind, there are toilet facilities at the Oxley Park. Pets are welcome but, must be contained within your site as there are livestock and other campers to consider. Ear plugs are available for light sleepers if required. Our 25 acre Hipcamp area is located safely within our 300 acre property which enjoys approximately 5 kilometres of pristine and private Murray River frontage in the beautiful rural city of Albury. Willowbank is a fourth generation cattle farm and when you arrive at Willowbank you will feel like you are a million miles away from anywhere but you are only 2.8km from the centre of Albury and 2.9km to Wodonga from our sites . We are less than 5 minutes away from the beautiful South Albury cafe and boutique shopping precinct; Ebden & Olive, Nannina's, Meraki, Platform 9, South Albury Take Away, Di Billet, Almar Organics, Sukor Wellness & Recovery, The Red Devil Brewery, Tucker on Townsend, Chic to Chic and more. We are also only 3.5km from Harris Farm Markets. Albury's public Dump Point at Albury Railway Station is less than 5 minutes away. Each of our camping sites is well away from each of the others and there is plenty of room at each site for children to play. The two best sites for swimming are The River Bend and The Willows. We encourage the use of life jackets for children in the water at all time. We have no toilet or shower facilities at any of our sites so you are required to bring your own toilet with you. All waste must be removed at the end of your visit. With notice, we can arrange portaloo hire should you need, please enquire with us prior to booking. We have no access to drinking water and if you decide to use river water for drinking we do recommend that you boil the water. Swimming, floating, paddling in the Murray River is a sublime pastime. Please be aware though, that the Murray River has a very fast and strong current. Looking to hire a canoe, we recommend you contact Dave/ Murray River Canoe Hire (0417 691 339) for a canoe to paddle around your campsite or to do a beautiful canoe trip on the Murray River from Doctor's Point to Noreuil Park. It will take a few hours and yes you will go past your camp site! We do have an area to launch your motor or paddle boat or jet ski We are on the banks of the magnificent Murray River and all our three sites are absolute river frontage with uninterrupted views up, down and across the Murray River.
