Our family has been here farming since 1909 with 6 generations. We are very lucky to live where we are and we are happy to share it with people who also appreciate it.We have 12 km of Wakool River frontage to offer with beautiful peaceful campsites, great fishing, bird watching and bush walks.We have a number of unpowered private camp sites along the river depending on your requirements and interests. We offer only one site so you will have complete privacy and plenty of space.
Tooleybuc is the nearest town and is 11kms away, it has a boat ramp so you can make the most of your water activities on the Murray. It also has a general store and IGA for your shopping needs.
Relax around your campfire in the evenings and enjoy some amazing star gazing. Please ensure there are no fire restrictions in place before starting a fire.
Campers must be self sufficient and take all their rubbish and provide their own camping toilet. Pets are welcome.
Please be aware that there is no boat ramp or launching facilities at the campsite.
If using Sat Nav to locate the camp pls note that this site is in NSW. Cross the river at Tooleybuc if coming from Vic or remain on the NSW side if coming from the north.

Our campsite are situated on the banks of the mighty Murray, Euston NSW! Both Euston and Robinvale being a few minutes drive away!
scattered along absolute river frontage! your campsite will be away from other campers so you have room to move, but are big enough for you to be able to share the same site with those traveling with you!
Our property is fenced and gated giving you that little bit extra security! Entry is via combination lock, the code will be sent to you the day before arrival!
If you have selected firewood and your booking we can drop your firewood off so it is ready for you when you arrive!
If you are already on site or arriving shortly we will drop if off as soon as possible!
Our campsite are a short stroll over the bridge to Robinvale or you can follow the walking track into Euston!
If your bring your boat with you there is a boat ramp just across the river in Robinvale, there is also one in front of the Euston Club

All our sites are set up just like an old woodcutter would have set up their camp back in the day, this include a wooden bench, wooden log chair and a fireplace. All our sites have river frontage and are a nice clean place for you to enjoy!

*We do not offer toilets and showers so you will need to be fully self-sufficient
*We strive to keep our campsites free from rubbish so we ask that you please take your rubbish with you when you leave.
*We do allow your furry friends to come along but they will need to on a leash and please clean up after them
*Preferred sites are subject to availability
* We do not allow motorbikes
* We are trying to grow back what has been lost over the years before we got the property so please stay on main roads.
* When our property floods the branches and logs that lay on the ground provide the breading grounds for our native fish, for this reason we do NOT allow chainsaws. If require wood please add it to your booking
* ENTRY IS AT OWN RISK! THE PROPERTY OWNERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSS TO PERSONAL PROPERTY OR VEHICLES.

We enjoyed 10 fabulous days on Site 2 river front at Phil’s Bend. It was conviently located very close to Robinvale which has a well stocked IGA, laundromat $6 per wash and good access to refill our water at the football oval. Extra bonus was the availability on the property of rubbish and recycle bins and also the opportunity to purchase good sized bags of quality wood to burn in our fire pit. Weather tuned it on for us and we also visited the Euston Resort Club which was a lovely meal and view. I would recommend this camp to anyone wanting to travel in a group, we had 2 families is large vans with us. Plenty of room for another van or 2 and tents. Property is well maintained and secure.

What a gem of a location with such a friendly community vibe! The amenities block was clean and clearly well-maintained — great first impression for first-timers like us. A large communal camp kitchen for gathering and doing dishes would be a fantastic upgrade, and a laundromat would be the cherry on top!

Loved our stay, very quiet and peaceful (except the friendly flies!). Great location, great camping by ourselves by the Murray. The dog loved it too! Met Peter as we had a slight issue finding the camping spot, but he was there straight away to guide us, very nice and friendly

What a great spot on the Murray River! We had the place to ourselves which was a bit of luck. Peaceful, the fish were biting and a great spot to homeschool.
The banks of the river are dusty but it’s just one thing we loved about the place, with open spaces good levels for the van and beautiful old gums. You’ll find a sunny spot for the solar panels or shady spot to get out of the heat. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular.
Nice spot to relax and watch the world and birds go by. We would recommend it!

On a very hot day the hosts managed to find me a shaded location. Overall camp is well maintained and was lovely and peaceful overnight. Quirky tree decor, mosaics and outdoor furniture definitely added some interest.

Great spot along the river, the host was fantastic in putting us in the perfect spot with young kids when temp was hitting 45s and always msg to check we where going well, with plenty shade and good swim spot, stayed 7 nights highly recommend.

We stayed at Campsite 1. Great location right on the river which was easy to access for a swim and to put our tinnie in. There was not a lot of shade so would recommend bringing some kind of shade shelter to sit under. There was plenty of room in the campsite and the campsites are well spaced out to give you privacy. The directions were easy to follow and communication from the host was great. Sadly we had to leave 2 days early as it was going to be 44 degrees (too hot for our husky) but we thoroughly enjoyed the 5 days we had there. Would definitely stay there again.

Phil’s Bend is a little Murray River Oasis just far enough off the Stuart Hwy to be a peaceful relaxing place to stop on your way between Adelaide and the East Coast.
The communication was excellent and the site was unbelievable - right on the banks of the river with no one else in sight of us. Would highly recommend.
