NEW! Combining rustic appeal with modern conveniences, this Tiny House offers an innovative perspective on vacation lodging! Our place is located on one of the most impressive properties around the Zion/Bryce area! 14 acres of apple trees and farmland surrounded by breathtaking mountain peaks right off highway 89. Our orchard offers seclusion and privacy that is rare in most vacation rental properties, but is still within 5-15 minutes of grocery stores and restaurants. We custom designed this Tiny House to have a rustic but modern look and feel with features specifically added to make sure you have everything you need for multiple night stays. Our guests love returning to relax at our place after a long day of hiking/visiting the parks. Sit around your own private fire pit and watch the sun set behind the beautiful mountain peaks. Far enough away from the city lights for some amazing stargazing in the crystal clear night sky! You can also help yourself to some of the tastiest apples you will ever eat July-September right off our trees. You might even see or hear flocks of wild turkeys or mule deer across the river, right off your porch! Conveniently located only 25 minutes from Zion National park and 55 minutes from Bryce Canyon National park. This is a perfect central location for people who are wanting to visit both parks and other places in Southern Utah! If you don't see your dates available, check one of our other 4 tiny houses for availability. You can rent more than one at a time for larger groups traveling together! We would love to have you stay with us and will do whatever is necessary to ensure that you have the best possible experience here at Apple Hollow!

The vibe at Apple Hollow Tiny House
If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
Apple Hollow Tiny House was the perfect getaway for my family. Everything was very clean and adorably decorated. Views of mountains and nearby apple trees made this location memorable. We used the grill to make hamburgers and enjoyed a fire in the fire pit. We also hung up our hammock on the front porch and enjoyed some rest after a long day of hiking at Zion National Park. Apple Hollow is conveniently located between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. My family and I went to both parks and they were only about a half hour away. The bed and sofa couch were comfortable and the wifi was nice and fast! The house was equipped with a washer and dryer which was a huge help after a day of hiking. We really enjoyed our stay and I would totally recommend Apple Hollow Tiny House!
Anyone who has been to southern Utah knows there are a 1001 places to stay some more appealing than others for various reasons. Apple hollow is just enough out of the way of the busiest towns but centrally located. If you’re looking for more private than a group campsite but more hotel like amenities this is a perfect spot.
Lovely decorated home. Great location for reaching Bryce and Zion or just hanging out. A bonus was some horses on the neighbours property that kept our kids very happy and just gave a nice ambiance. Only negative for us was that the fold out couch is not very long and did not fit our 11 year olds body, but the orchard is lovely.
These tiny homes were so cute! They are modern and clean with high ceilings so they don't feel cramped at all. The showers are hot and the beds were comfortable which was exactly what I needed after a long day of hiking. Just wish I had more time to stick around and enjoy the fire pits! This was the perfect mid-point to stop between Bryce and Zion National Parks. Highly recommended.
Great place to stay when you're visiting zion and Bryce canyon. Place has all the amenities...the washer and dryer is such a luxury to have especially after long hikes. Would come back again whenever I visit!
We really enjoyed our stay at Apple Hollow, it was the perfect spot to relax after a day in Bryce. Our son loved being able to pick and enjoy the apples in the orchard. Definitely a special place.
