Sleep beneath the stars and to the soothing sounds of bats hunting insects via echolocation. Seriously, though, camping at Kickapoo Cavern is a great way to experience a wide array of wildlife and incredibly clear and starry night skies. There are only 20 campsites here, but the park isn’t usually crowded so these usually meet the park’s needs. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring or grill, and then you can choose one with either water only or water, electric, and sewer (for RV’s). Each site holds up to six people, but there are five ‘group camp’ sites that you can basically combine together to meet your needs.
