Pitch your tent in our woods or fields on our 122 acre organic heirloom vegetable seed farm. Plenty of space for great hiking opportunities and privacy. 12 minutes or less from downtown Ann Arbor. If requested in advance or if we have time, farm produce is for sale and farm-to-table meals can be arranged. Please request these before arriving and we'll see if we can accommodate you. We also sell fruit trees and vegetable seeds. We are an organic farm so it's very important to practice proper sanitation and not to leave your waste here on our land (no foxholes). We don't have a public restroom or showers so please pack it in and pack it out or make arrangements for a portapotty. Additionally, there is a truck stop just 1/2 mile away with showers and bathrooms. We can provide recommendations for where to order a portapotty. We have firewood for sale for $25/quarter facecord or $100/facecord.

The vibe at Organic Farm Near Ann Arbor
If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
We camped here this past weekend. The grounds are beautiful and Mike hosted an amazing lunch for our family. Kiwi is the sweetest pup and your fowl were so funny to watch. I started looking for them in the morning as they came by just to watch their antics.
Mike also took care of getting firewood secured and delivered for us (we reimbursed him) as well as having the portapotty we ordered placed in a great location. He was a wonderful host.
We will be back. Thank you so much for hosting us! Really a wonderful experience!
I've camped here twice now. The first time was with my family over Father's Day weekend, the second was a month later for an annual "guys weekend". In both cases it was a great experience.
This was our 14th or 15th year for our guys weekend. We were fed up with the typical campground situation where quiet hours start at 11 p.m., we like to stay up past 11:01. And the ninja rangers that pop up out of the woods telling us that our decibels have exceeded the maximum whisper level normally allotted. So we looked for a better scenario.... and found it.
Mike helped us out with referrals for fire wood delivery (good job Brian!) and a porta potty. We stayed 3 nights and were only able to burn through 5 face cords.... give or take a log. Did I mention we like bonfires?
Another thing for my group was privacy and not having to deal with other campers (especially at 7 a.m. when we just went to sleep). Mike's property is exactly what we were looking for. If you decide to camp here, be respectful of the property. If you bring it in, pack it out. We're coming next year and I want the site clean.
Good job Mike, see you next year.
