Hi my name is Christina, your on-site host, and I am so excited to have the opportunity to host you at our one-of-a-kind glamping site! We're located 40 min from Kanab, 50 min from Zion National Park and 2 hours from Grand Canyon North Rim, Bryce Canyon National Park and Page, AZ.
We're on 7 acres of land (all accomodations are on ~2 acres of the land) in a very rural town but please note, we do have neighbors on both sides- one of which have cows, roosters and horses. We have 3 glamping tents and 1 tiny cabin on-site (all of which are available for booking) along with a few shared spaces amongst guests: 2 covered grilling areas, a centralized fire pit and an indoor bathhouse. We are currently in the process of adding 2 more accommodations, a silo and a cave, that will be available by Summer 2024.
Each glamping tent and cabin is about 30 yards apart from one another. We provide all linens and towels for guests, AC/Heater units and hot/cold water year-round.
We're located at the border of Utah and Arizona in Cane Beds, AZ. It's a very isolated area with 2-3 dining options and a large full-sized grocery store (Bee's Marketplace) less than 10 minutes away! Cane Beds, Arizona has beautiful sandstone formations & attractions such as nearby Water Canyon Trailhead, Gooseberry Mesa and Maxwell Park.
The terrain is very similar to Zion National Park. This region is especially known for hiking, mountain biking and ATV trails.
We're also conveniently located 40 min from Kanab, which is a town full of trails and hikes with a ton of great stops on the way (Paria Townsite, The Toadstools, Wirepass to Buckskin Gulch, The Wave, Grand Staircase Escalante).

Our 5 Bedroom cabin sleeps 13 and has plenty of room for your family and friends, including a fully renovated kitchen with new appliances, a private yard with a grill and fire pit. Next door is a rec room with a pool table, ping pong table, and air hockey. As you would expect, we have free wi-fi and smart TVs.
Our latest addition! A "cowboy cabin" is a simple cabin somewhere between camping and a hotel room. Ours has electricity, heat and AC, a bunk bed that can sleep 3, mini fridge, microwave and wall mounted TV. Like most cowboy cabins, it does not have its own plumbing, but our famously clean private restrooms with showers are just a 50ft walk.
This is the perfect get a way to hold your next family reunion or special event! We welcome events on property and for a small fee can rent out our community spaces while you are a guest here.
Priced about the same as our RV sites, it's a great option for campers who need a break from your tent!

Rest up in peace and quiet in this leafy, shady garden spot. Our place is an oasis in the desert and is admired by all visitors as the most lush, cool spot in Cane Beds. The surrounding vermillion cliffs match the adobe walls of this charming cottage. This unique cottage is a rare example of an earth dwelling. Built about 30 years ago with adobe red clay, sand and straw, it is modernized and recently renovated. You will see two examples of the application of the adobe method in this building.
If you have pets you must add them under EXTRAS. We have it listed under EXPERIENCES and we charge $25 cleaning fee per visit. The way Hipcamp has us do this is not very well done, it's a bit clunky. But Just select one pet if you are staying shorter than a month, two pets if a month or longer. It is not a fee per pet, or per guest, it is per visit. So if you have two pets and are staying a week then select for only one pet. Just let us know how many pets (and what kind) to expect. Message us with any questions. Dogs will have to be on leash when outside since we have a number of cats and even though your dog may not chase them, the cats would certainly be a bit freaked out. Also it's possible that your pet could get out onto the road which has claimed several of my kitties. Please know if your dog will be OK watching the kitties through the windows or when outside.
We are within reach of several National Parks and other scenic sights for a day trip, including North Rim Grand Canyon, ZION, Bryce, Coral Pink Sand Dunes State park, Pipe Spring National Monument, Grand Staircase Escalante National Reserve and on and on. All around is breathtaking beauty and many easy hikes and mind-blowing vistas just in the neighborhood!
Just to note, there is only 1 bedroom with a queen bed. With notice we can bring in a camp bed, or you can set up your tent on the lawn for extra guests or children.

Please note: Our tiny cabins DO NOT INCLUDE A KITCHEN. Guests should plan accordingly. Cabins do have a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric skillet. The nearest restaurants are 20-45 minutes away.
Also note: We first book our entire ranch to guests, then to fill in vacant nights we allow guests to book individual units, such as this is. When the ranch is split into smaller bookings, guests can expect to share the outdoor spaces such as garden, hen house, animals, pastures, etc. with guests renting the other units. We only stayed a night but wished it was for 2. We played card games and watched a movie then passed out! The night sky was starry with a bit of clouds and the full moon lighting up the night! Loved this place!

Cute little cabin.. every necessity was provided all needed to bring was food and drinks. Location was very comfortable, quiet and peaceful.. was warmly welcomed by Becky and had great conversations with Michael.. My girls were so excited when Maude took us to see and feed the goats, a horse, chickens and bunnies.. Definitely would recommend and will return.

The Tini house is fully equipped with everything you need to stay a full week. It has cooking utensils, soap and many other household items. It also has a good shower and toilet. The only thing is the address provided on the app does not take you to the front of the property.

This place was great for our family. The entire property was very well maintained. All we needed to bring was food and we were all set because everything else we needed was provided on site which was really convenient. We definitely plan on coming back in the future.

Laundry machine and shower felt like total luxury after camping! Super comfortable bed and pillows. Perfect place to recharge and use as base camp for visiting Zion and Bryce (both about an hour to their visitor centers)

Weekend Trip to Cedar Canyon RV Retreat
Nice and clean little cabin; clear communication with owners. Only downside is that there was no electricity in the morning when we left so we couldn't see a thing inside de bathroom :) and we couldn't use the microwave to reheat our leftovers.

2 nights at Cedar Canyon RV Retreat
Lovely area, plenty of space. Turf area in the middle and picnic tables for guest use. Some games like giant Jenga, table tennis and air hockey. Check in and check out was easy and I highly recommend this for a fun, affordable spot to hangout. Cabin itself was great, mini fridge and microwave included. Window ac so you can control temperature. WiFi was great, encountered no issues with that. Bathrooms and showers are spacious.

3 nights at Cedar Canyon RV Retreat
The Cowboy Cabin was perfect for our weekend gateway in Utah! The cabin was clean and bathrooms were close. The TV did not work for us, but we didn't go to watch television. Very quiet and nicely kept campground with a very friendly host, Rachel. Cedar City had a cute coffee shop, farmers market on Saturday and a few trails. Only a 1.5 hour drive to the main entrance of Zion National Park.

I'm so glad I happened upon Rebecca's cabins! For a total steal you get to stay around an hour away from the main entrance to Zion. I loved staying in a local community, I felt totally safe (especially as a solo female). I loved coming home to a quiet local town. The land the cabins are on is spectacular, and the cozy cabin felt luxurious to come home to after hiking and exploring all day. :)

We came here for one night on our Southern Utah road trip. It’s a great spot to camp and escape the busy National Parks. It’s also stunning and expansive and a much different landscape than the surrounding area. We came in May and had no trouble finding a site and didn’t run into any ATVs. You can spend hours climbing up the dunes and jumping or rolling or dancing down the dunes. Weather was hot and only a little windy. We loved it here!

It's beautiful, but this is a jumping-off point for ATVs; lots of semi-trailers with ATVs and equipment in the park, and ATVs rumbling through the grounds on their way too and from a fabulous day on the dunes.

Nice campground! I could imagine it is much funner to hang around here if you have a trailer full of toys, however both times I have been it's still been a nice stay! Generally quiet and fairly spacious. As the rest of Southern Utah, it definitely gets chilly during the spring/late fall nights.

Best campground in Southern Utah. Imagine spots with plenty of space and some privacy due to trees. Imagine soft beautiful coral sand which is easy to sleep on. Imagine quiet nights, plenty of adventuring to do, hot showers, clean bathrooms and park staff that gets stuff DONE- you got a perfect camp spot.
Bring your ATV, visit Zion which is 30 minutes away by car on the coolest part of the road. Watch for scorpions at night but other wise you are golden. YOU. WILL. LOVE. IT. HERE.
