Flat former farmland with short vegetation. Strict "pack in, pack out" policy for all waste, trash, and debris. You will need to bring everything you need, as we do not offer power or water. All waste and sewage must leave with you when you depart. You may spot a few horny toads and geckos, along with some really neat-sounding birds. We are located 15 miles from town in the middle of open farmland, making it very private and a perfect place to enjoy the big Texas sky. Enjoy absolutely beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It's a place to reconnect with nature—and maybe yourself. God lives out here. The ground is hard-packed clay, making it great for driving or motorcycling. However, if it rains, it can become a muddy mess, so plan accordingly. There is 1.5 miles of red dirt road to reach the property. Modern conveniences, including Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, and other retail options, are just a short drive away. There are also some local hole-in-the-wall places worth checking out. There's a nightclub/bar nearby that seems like a fun place to dance and enjoy a few drinks, though we can't personally recommend it since we don't drink. Lubbock is about 40 minutes away if you're looking for a bigger city experience. Very quiet and serene. We don't allow loud or aggressive partying, but feel free to relax and enjoy yourself!
