The RV spaces are behind the Baker Fuel and RV gas station. All sites are back-in only and have full hook-ups: 30amp and 50 amp electricity, sewer and water. There is a public bathroom, shower and laundry facility next to the sites. RV Site 5 is closest to the bathroom and RV Site 1 is furthest away.
This camping part of the property offers five primitive campsites, situated in a natural, secluded area that was once a pond. Conveniently just south of the only gas station in town and behind the Great Basin Basecamp Airbnb, the sites are close to the highway but sit lower in elevation, providing privacy and shielding them from the road. Guests have access to a small building with clean restrooms, showers and one set of coin-operated laundry facilities for added convenience. Campsite #6 is closest to the restrooms, #10 is the furthest. No campfires as our fire danger is very high most of the year. There are water spigots at Site #6, between #7 and #8 and Site #10.
The Lehman Caves Visitor Center at Great Basin National Park is about 5 miles up the road on Highway 488.

Loved it! The view from the red chairs on the hill behind the campground was terrific. Enjoyed the sunset.
RV sites & Restrooms are very clean and showers are hot.
The location to town and Great Basin are ideal. Sunday, went to the Community Church and received a very warm welcome. We'll return and stay at Janille's- Baker is a wonderful town with warm hospitality.

Great place to stay when visiting Great Basin NP. The spaces are wide with concrete table pads. The sites are level. Restrooms are very clean. There is no shade so it does get hot. Thid is by far the better of the two campgrounds in Baker.

We loved this site :) it was probably the closest thing we could’ve gotten to the park, which was great because our trailer (24’) was too long for most of the campgrounds inside GBNP. Unfortunately we chose to leave early due to smoke from local wildfires, but I’d definitely recommend staying here! The showers/bathrooms were very clean, and the hookups worked perfectly! The campground is simple (lot behind a gas station) but it did its job perfectly :) I’d like to come back in spring or fall (when it’s not so hot) and stay here again! Great value for the price

We spent two nights here with our fifth wheel, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The location is fantastic—just minutes from the entrance to Great Basin National Park, making it the perfect base camp for exploring Wheeler Peak, Lehman Caves, and the incredible dark night skies.
The RV site was level, spacious, and had reliable full hookups. Everything worked exactly as it should.
Don’t let the location behind the fuel station fool you—it was surprisingly quiet, convenient, and offered beautiful panoramic mountain views in every direction.
If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, affordable, and well-equipped place to stay while visiting Great Basin National Park, this is it. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will absolutely recommend it to anyone traveling through Baker. Thanks for helping make our Great Basin adventure such a memorable one!

Baker, NV was once a very busy mining town. Now it is a very remote town will little to no amenities. That said, the RV park seems newer. It is very well kept and did its job - kept us cool in 100F heat. In the morning, cows can be heard lowing in the distance and there are a couple red Adirondack chairs to sit and look over the tent campground and onward to the park in the distance. The Bristlecone General Store is a block or so up and has very friendly staff - they’ll answer all your park questions. Great location for visiting Great Basin National Park.

We had an RV site and I loved everything about it. It was a rocky ground instead of dirt, so you don't trek too much grime into the RV, and the great concrete pad and table were beautiful condition and made the area look great and fresh.
The hookups were all solid and fully-sufficient on-site facilities. Great view of the valley to to the east to offset the gas station facing the road, and Janille was quick to respond to questions. For the price, I would definitely stay again

Lovely little spot, super easy to access/check in, great sunrise views, super clean bathrooms. Janille, our host, checked in on us to make sure that our arrival was smooth. Located right across the street from a great taqueria and a well-provisioned general store.

Have camped there several times. The fishing is usually very good, the hiking is excellent and the camp grounds are very well maintained a very nice group of rangers. also the surrounding area has a lot of interesting things to see and do.
