Come join us in the beautiful forested landscape of Central Pennsylvania. Located a mere 20 miles south of Penn State University, we are surrounded by the many amenities Central PA has to offer.

We are welcoming to LGBTQ+ campers as well as all ethnicities.

Pitch a tent on a quiet site and drop a line into one of our two trout streams crossing the campground. Hang a hammock between two towering poplar trees surrounded by flowering rhododendron. Or pull up in your camper and relax before and after a Penn State Football game under the blue and white sky. We have small, secluded sites to get away from it all, as well as conjoined sites to accommodate larger groups.

On site we have bathrooms, hot showers, and a recreation hall with free ping pong, board games, and billiards.

For a fee, we also have firewood, electricity, a dump station, a couple tents for sleeping, and a large event tent for rent.

There are no water hookups, but you can fill water tanks.

Vehicle noise is audible from route 350, especially on Friday afternoons.  Noise is diminished at sites further back from route 350.

Our sites are wheelchair accessible, but the bathrooms and showers do have one step up into them.

Walk to Snappy's 24-hour convenience store to use their free Wi-Fi, buy bags of ice, or to pickup snacks and a sub in the attached Subway restaurant. A farmers market as well as ice cream stand and restaurant are within walking distance.

The recognized holiday weekends for Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day, we require a minimum two nights stay.

Second year in a row staying here and we love it 🙂 most of the sites are alongside a creek so if you love waking up to the peaceful sounds of a flowing creek, you will love this place! The sites are pretty private too.

I had a fantastic four days at Linda and Janet's beautiful campsite! The two creeks that flow though the property are fantastic for taking a dip, watching the ducks float by and falling asleep to the sound of them. Lots of rhododendron bushes that would be gorgeous when they bloom in a few months. The owners are such nice people, very helpful and knowledgeable. They feel like family and treat you like your theirs. There's a convenience store next to the campsite and a Dollar general about an quarter mile away for items you may need. They have a rec Hall with a billiards table and ping pong table. Also an information table which was very helpful. While staying here I recommend visits to Black Moshannon state Park (25 min drive), Tytoona cave (15 mins drive), State College Harley Davidson (25 min drive), Gardners Chocolate factory/store/ice cream parlor (20 mins drive) and DelGrosso's amusement and water park. Can't wait until my next trip in October to Linda and Janet's campsite!

my family of 7 enjoyed it very much! The creeks are beautiful. Trout can be caught, ducks can be fed. The owners were lovely to chat with. And we had fun playing ping pong and pool. Would definitely return!
