The town is walkable and there are plenty of our bikes you can use. The main parking area will have some lights from the neighbors and 2 lane highway, but also have private areas to set up a chair or hammock. Behind the hedgerow (to the North) there's a mowed areas for a tent. There's also a tree platform. A train runs through town about 10 x day and night about 5 blocks away. There's capacity for leaving your trash/recycling here (I have to pay for weekly pick-up but rarely is my bin full), there's also washer/dryer that can be used (within reason)

We loved staying at Marina Del Ray Resort. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. All of the amenities look brand new, clean, and well kept. We rented a brand new tritoon for the day from the owners, and it is so convenient to have access to the dock just down the hill from our RV spot. We've been to so many campgrounds that have a mismatch between the online photos and in person reality. This is not one of them. This truly is a beautiful resort, not just another campground. We will definitely be back!

We stayed overnight on a cross country trip, just needing cheap rv hookups and sleep. It was all that, but not sure why you would stay there otherwise. The site is in a small, dirt road town that was quiet, other than an occasional passing train. Do know the hookups are a bit spread out, with the water about 30 ft. from sewer and electricity. Everything worked as it should for our 30 amp camper.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The place is beautiful, with incredible outdoor spaces and great hiking areas. Since the property is gated, it felt very safe.
Our dome was comfortable and generally clean, although the refrigerator could have been cleaner. The shower area was also clean and well maintained. The restroom facilities could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness, but they were not bad.
The main concern during our stay was finding ticks. We found ticks not only around the property but also on our bodies and on some of the furniture, which made us paranoic. This was especially concerning because we were traveling with two small children and had to be extra cautious throughout our stay. We understand that this is a nature-based camping/glamping experience, but it might be helpful for management to consider additional pest control or fumigation measures to help reduce it.
Despite this issue, we still enjoyed our stay. The location, the outdoor spaces, and the overall experience were excellent. We would recommend this place, particularly for families who enjoy nature and outdoor activities.

I really enjoyed staying at Eagle Mountain View! Shane and his wife were really friendly and worked with my group and I. We were able to get a great camping spot and enjoy the surrounding area. I'll definitely keep this area in mind when I'm town!

1 night at Three Ponds Community
Enchanting. That sums it up pretty well. The site is quiet and with lots of magic whimsy to it. Cute animals on the land, and lots of trails to explore. We saw a semi aquatic turtle and could hear the birds singing all the time. The view from the cabins window on the trees is priceless. The cabin is the closest unit to the shower and dry bathroom, which is convenient. If you want more privacy, go for another one of the cabins or tent sites which were a little further nested in the woods.
The cabin was very well equiped, potable water, coffee machine, microwave and a mini fridge and lots of supplies.
Really awesome and cozy stay, host was friendly, thoughtful and highly responsive.

Fantastic stay! I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area. Clean, cute, and fun. Fantastic owners, animals, and a beautiful property. They were very helpful and accommodating for us.

Amazingly nice park, incredible owners, almost all is new and top notch. Showers, bath house, pool, it is all first class like a nice hotel. I figure this place will soon be hard to book!!! Very nice!!!
