A cement foundation provides the perfect spot for outdoor cooking and socializing. A boat ramp is located just a few houses down for easy water access. You’re also just a short golf cart ride away from the Shangri-La Hotel and Resort, famous for its championship golf course and world-class amenities. This sought-after location is close to multiple restaurants, marinas, and lake activities. Pets are welcome!
