We DO allow tent camping.
Each RV slip has water, septic, 50 amp service and Wifi.
An Amenities Cabin is provided for use by all RV site guests. The cabin includes a full-sized washer/dryer, a full bathroom with bidet, and an oversized jacuzzi tub. Guests must sign-up for a 4-hour timeslot. The cabin is available for use between the hours of 8am-8pm.
Many of our RV sites feature private fenced paddocks for people bringing their horses or dogs. Horse visitors require all current paperwork (Coggins, etc.). Dog visitors must be social and friendly and thus are allowed to explore the farm with their owners off-leash if desired.
The property includes miles of trails for hiking, biking, or horseback riding. Bring your own horse or experienced riders may be able to ride one of ours (subject to weight/experience matching with a horse).
There is a small private stocked lake open to all guests of Lizardsniffer for fishing and swimming. At the lake you will find an amenities cabin called Glowy Bobber that has a full bathroom and outdoor shower as well as Kayaks and floats for guest use.

We have a lovely 1+ acre pond in front of the main house, which is fully stocked with Brim, Channel Catfish and Largemouth Bass. This pond has a wonderful ecosystem and is home to Kingfishers, wood ducks, Storks, herons, egrets, and is a place where a nesting pair of Bald Eagles come for water, and an occasional fish. We have an in-ground swimming pool, and a paddle boat to take out on the pond.
Whether you are looking for a quiet weekend get away, or a chance to experience farm life on a small homestead, this place has a lot to offer.
We offer a canning class, making artisan bread, and a hayride (tractor pulled) around the property. Breakfast and lunch or breakfast and Dinner can be included in the stay at an additional charge.
We have 2 large horses that can be fed carrots, loved on, petted, and the possibility of some riding.
Gathering eggs, feeding the hens and pigs, playing with Titan the farm mascot (our Great Dane dog), or just relaxing around the pool, or around a fire pit, there is always something happening on our little farm.
The lady of the house has her Serv Safe certification for preparing and serving food and has been a home chef for parties and catering for several years.

I'm in outdoor enthusiast so I've always enjoyed camping however State park camp sites can run from $40 a night and up. This app provides places for me as low as $16 a night. Outstanding campsite on the saluda river.
My brother and I spent 2 nights here and enjoyed fishing and camping all day. Kayaking up and down the Saluda was rewarding and there was a really nice beach spot to fish. Caught multiple stripper, large mouth and flathead.
Host was really nice and provided plenty of firewood for the site. Didn't get around to using the shower but its there. Also has a nice outhouse that doesnt stink at all.

We have been to Deerfield a few times now and we have always enjoyed our stay. Thomas is an excellent host and it is always nice to chat with him while we are there. The location cannot be beat, giant pond, great screened in game area/hangout area to cook in, eat in or just enjoy hanging out together. There is a outside bathroom which is great to have access to along with an outdoor shower. You have all the hookups for rving as well. You are in a beautiful area with open areas to spread out, let the kids run around, let your pets to stretch their legs. You are in the peaceful countryside where you can see all the stars put in a spectacular show, if there are no clouds. You will never want to leave! First time we stayed on site 9 and this time 10. Only saw 2 other people out the whole time we were there. About 8 campers total there when we visited.

I stayed for one night on River's Edge site 2. The site is right on the river. It is beautiful and quiet. The outhouse was clean and well maintained, and not too far from the site. As a solo camper I also think about security, but it felt safe there. It was nice to fall asleep to the sound of the water running over the rocks.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hill Side. Beautiful area and the campsite felt very private. We even saw a deer very close by! This is a great spot. The pit toilet within walking distance was a great bonus.

James has built an excellent rustic campground. The sites were close together, but not intrusive. The shower house and restroom were separate buildings with camp sites in between. Both were very clean and were heated rooms. The directions were spot on and James was an excellent host.

This site was absolutely amazing. The views were beautiful. The water was clean. Make sure you have a four-wheel-drive vehicle in case of rain would definitely camp here again thank you so much Alex for making it a very great memorial Day weekend.

We loved camping here! We took our dog camping for the first time, and he was so sad to leave. He really enjoyed it and even learned to swim. We caught about seven fish in one day. Mr. Vic was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. There’s also a drive in movie theater about 20 minutes away that we definitely recommend.(the big mo) a fun thing to do while camping. We can’t wait to come back!

We love going to Eagles Landing! Kevin is the most gracious host and always drops by with a gift. It is our favorite spot to kayak and just relax and watch the wildlife. It’s very peaceful and well maintained. It is on our list of favorite hipcamps!

Absolutely beautiful and obviously well love and cared for grounds. Very grateful to the owners for their hospitality! Enjoyed the fishing pond and the amenities.
