A short drive west from Blythe, CA into the southern Joshua Tree National Park, the Hauser Geode Beds hide an extensive field of fist sized geodes as well as the occassional big find. A popular dig-site for collectors and explorers alike, the Hauser geode beds have in no way dried up. People are still pulling football sized geodes out of this serene section of Joshua Tree.
