Our site is an historic early 1800s farm getaway. A beautiful 1 1/2 hour drive from the heart of NYC to Harlem Valley conveniently located on direct route from Connecticut to New York. The space is the nucleus of a flourishing and beautiful organic medicinal herb farm.

On our land we cultivate microgreens, wild mushrooms, tinctures, tonics, salves, ciders, herbal hair products and fiber goods. None of this would be possible without the support of visitors like you who would love to roll up their sleeves and get involved to share and build community with us. Enjoy a wild and edible plant walk and harvest with the farmers by donation.

The land holds a creek, a spring, a stream and a small pond. If you're looking for a place to enjoy camping, hiking, long walks, private swims and bonfires, the land is conveniently attached to the Appalachian Trail and sits on over 40 acres of preserved woodland forest to explore and is close to the Ten Mile River as well as the Housatonic River.

We have a Sunmar composting toilet available. Peaceful sounds of water and wildlife embrace you in the morning. Fireflies that melt into glistening stars and bright moonlight energize you by night.

Whether it's Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter, our home is a peaceful, rustic sanctuary for all.

It was awesome to stay at the farm. The host Tori was very kind and friendly to talk to. I really enjoyed the fire pit and the medical herb tour. I was surprised to see how much utility the plants growing all around us have. I would be careful with bringing your pet though because of all the ticks in the area!

Tori met us when we arrived and directed us to our campsite. There was a 3 minute hike up a fairly steep hill along a well marked path to get to the campsites (FYI you need to hike your gear up). Once you arrive, there are 4 clearly defined tent sites, a very well established campfire setup and a composting toilet. Nestled under the treeline, on higher ground, we were quite comfortable during the one night we were there.

My hubby and I decided last minute to go camping so I thought I would try this app. There are 3 different areas to camp, very basic but beautiful. The Pines is up a hill so it’s not for car camping, but Tori gave us a choice of the other two areas which are out in the open to see the beautiful sky. We had a fire pit and the sounds of a nice stream to sleep to and sit by. There is no bathroom but a very basic latrine setup. Tori is really layed back and accommodating getting firewood and offering to start a fire for us.

Our stay was a blast! The place is great: cozy and surrounded by nature. The hosts are even better: loving and gracious. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

It was a little closer to the road than I would like, but very convenient to some great hikes in the area.
Tori and Ben were super nice and our tour was very informative.

We had a great stay at The Pines! The site is secluded in lush trees, complete with a great composting toilet and excellent shared fire pit. Tori was very hospitable and showed us around the property, which includes a trailhead and a sweet babbling brook. Tori also gave us a few tips in the area, like the must see Dover Stone Church — a river cave just a few miles away. We had access to potable water and firewood for purchase. We had a great time and would love to return to this site in the future.

Everyone we met was so nice and helpful but also gave us space to enjoy our stay. The campsite was spacious and provided plenty of privacy. The trails located on the farm were nice to hike and they even had a great view overlooking the area. Highly suggest!

We've been visiting A Farm For All for going on three seasons now and have loved it every time! It's been really special to see the place grow over the years. Tori was super helpful and communicative. The Pines camping location is our favorite spot to camp because of the spaciousness and magic that is present in those woods. The eco bathroom is also very easy to access while up there! Not a lot of cell phone service which was a treat for me. Excited to camp with them again 🦋✨

Visioning weekend for our intentional community ✨
